Austin's scope of responsibilities at NAI Earle Furman include the assistance in managing a portfolio of properties including retail, industrial and office properties. Brent currently manages approximately one million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. In addition to his portfolio responsibilities, Brent oversees a team of property managers, assistant property managers, and administrative staff. He spearheads business development for property management and leads the team in setting and obtaining specific business goals for the department. Brent and his colleague Brent Illingworth are responsible for the department's strategic planning and general operations.
Brett has over 20 years accounting experience and is a Certified Public Accountant. Brett has worked for Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Insignia and AIMCO, as an assistant controller. For the last 10 years, Brett worked part-time at John Knox Presbyterian Church as the Financial Assistant allowing her to be home with the kids.

Additionally, he is a franchisee of several Firehouse Subs in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, as well as three StayMobile locations in the state. Brian leverages his local knowledge and community involvement to assist clients in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions.

Brian joined NAI Earle Furman in 2015. Brian has more than 12 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Also, he is experienced in coordinating move-in and move-out repair needs, ballast and bulb replacement, and toilet and faucet repairs.
Bryant specializes in providing third-party project management solutions on all development projects. He utilizes strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills that are essential for the success of any project. Bryant will work directly with owners, contractors, and architects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects.
Cal has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Property Management and is responsible for managing the newly acquired Landmark Building along with other downtown commercial properties. Cal received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from University of South Carolina.

Clay Williams graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 and spent the next 7 years in sales within the software industry. In 2014, Clay joined NAI Earle Furman, where he became an integral part of a team that leads and specializes in all things industrial for the Upstate of South Carolina. In 2020, Clay became an NAI Earle Furman shareholder. When it comes to connecting Buyers/Sellers, Landlords/Tenants, and Developers with raw land, Clay's team (Clay Williams, Grice Hunt, & Will Coker) has consistently led the market over the past several years. Diane Adams has an extensive background in finance and human resources, having served as Assistant Controller/Human Resources Manager at Long Cove Club on Hilton Head Island, SC for several years. Prior to this, she accumulated over a decade of experience in accounting with a prominent land developer in the Greater Hilton Head, SC area.
After graduating from Clemson University, Drew worked in Columbia, SC, as an Operations Director for a Regional Commercial Real Estate Supply Company. He then joined NAI Earle Furman in early 2011 as a founding broker within NAIEF's recreational land division, Huff Creek Properties. Shortly thereafter, Drew began to focus on investment asset acquisitions and dispositions across all NAIEF platforms, representation of office and retail transactions, serving both Landlords and Tenants, as well as providing in-depth market analysis and updates to the firm's existing client base. With over 10+ years' experience at NAIEF, Drew's primary focus is delivering and creating investment opportunities for clients in the investment, office, retail, as well as multifamily and infill development of residential neighborhoods realm.
Over the last decade, Drew has assisted and transacted on hundreds of deals for clients, totaling over $200 Million in volume. These transactions were cultivated through in-depth market knowledge while representing private, public, and institutional relationships.

Geoff Beans works in NAIEF's Retail Division focusing primarily on site selection, leasing, and investment sales. Geoff assists landlords, tenants, developers, and investors through a client-specific approach helping them execute their real estate needs. He consults with national, regional, and local tenants determining what drives their business and how they can best optimize and replicate that through expansion into new markets in the Southeast.

As Director of Investment Management, Matt leads the firm's real estate investment activity. He joined NAIEF in 2015 to start the Investment Management Division, an investment advisory and management group which provides solutions to investors seeking direct real estate investment. Matt has overseen and directed the raising of over $50 million of private capital through the company's series of proprietary investment funds, Appian Investments ad Primis Investments, while ensuring proper execution of asset-level business plans for the Funds' portfolio properties.
Matt is responsible for the execution of the Division's strategic initiatives. In this role, he develops and manages key relationships with brokers and capital advisors, investment and development partners, equity investors, and debt providers while overseeing the evaluation and recommendation of property investments to the Funds' Investment Committee. Through Appian and Primis, Matt and the Investment Management team have led or participated in over $650 million worth of acquisition and development projects in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas, and over $250 million of dispositions.
Michael specializes in providing third party project management solutions on all development projects. He is skilled at handling front end entitlement issues and overseeing due diligence matters, budgeting and project scheduling. Additionally, Michael assists with drafting and negotiating contracts and advises clients on procurement methodologies and project team/vendor selection. His experience includes supervising and controlling project costs and schedules while monitoring construction activities, design, and move management.
