Andy is a member of our technical team with over 40 years of engineering experience in the telecoms industry. An expert in cloud, on-premise and broadband, Andy spent 15 years serving in the British Army.
Angela's Customer Services role sees her handling many of our important customer billing processes. Angela has vast customer experience and has also held roles as a Project Manager and Service Team Leader here at Netcomms.
Anthony is a Technical Engineer who's keen to get the job done, using his varied skills whether onsite or assisting from the office. Outside of work he enjoys anything sport related particularly football and keeping fit.

Charl is Managing Director at Tecta, where he develops company strategy and develops positive working relationships with clients. With 10 years of security systems experience, Charl loves golf, time with family and a good braai.

Chris has a wealth of experience in the unified communications market. His role involves building strong and lasting relationships with clients and liaising with partners and suppliers daily. Chris assists with our in-house Marketing Partner and oversees the smooth running of our business operations.
Our Tecta Business Manager, Christian, has worked for the business for over 4 years, now overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff and working with clients. Christian is focused on monitoring company procedures and proactively ensuring the technical efficiency of the company. Before joining the Tecta team, Christian worked as a barber for 7 years.

A member of our technical team, Craig specialises in installations, technical support and fault resolutions in the field. Starting in a support role, Craig now assists our customers in the field.
George brings over 6 years of experience in the IT & Telecoms sector to the team, helping customers to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues they face. George loves watching cricket and following Tottenham Hotspur.
Our CEO, Graham has years of telecoms experience in sales and management roles. Graham founded Netcomms to help businesses modernise their communications through end-to-end Cloud phone solutions, Unified Communications services, high-quality broadband and more.

As Sales and Marketing Executive, Hayley is responsible for arranging meetings with new and existing customers to share information on our various products and solutions. With over 20 years recruitment experience, Hayley has fantastic customer service skills, perfect for this role. Fun fact … her daughter's Grandad was the drummer in The Kinks.
Jo brings 20 years of experience working in accounts to the Netcomms team. Jo keeps our accounts system on track, ensuring all supplier invoices and credits are checked and posted correctly. Outside of work Jo's 4 children, including 10 year old twins, keep her on her toes (and she loves a bit of Karaoke!)

Having worked closely with our customers in his previous role, Jordan now uses his technical and customer-focused background to work alongside our existing and potential clients, creating system quotations that fit their individual needs.

Our sales support specialist, Karen offers valuable sales and administrative support to the Netcomms team. Karen also helps our customers to access more competitive tariffs and supports them with their billing needs.
Kate has always had a keen interest in the IT industry. As Wavehill Team Leader, she supports our team by overseeing the day-to-day management of administration tasks, from organising training to handling the distribution and management of tickets.
Lauren coordinates the running of the technical department, including implementing and reviewing processes. She manages numerous telecoms, infrastructure and connectivity projects with multiple stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything.
Lina keeps the engineer team on track, responding to client queries and scheduling engineers to attend reactive and planned maintenance works. Lina also ensures parts for jobs are ordered, received and distributed to the right engineers on time. Outside of work, Lina enjoys spending time with her baby, who always keeps her entertained.

Martijn is an experienced project manager and leads our team in the design, installation, and maintenance of security systems. Ensuring projects are compliant with industry standards and regulations, Martijn provides guidance and support to the project team. A true South African, Rugby and Braai (BBQ) are in his blood! Martijn also enjoys staying active and refereeing County League Rugby.
Martin joined in 2002, taking responsibility for company technical strategy, whilst managing the helpdesk and business growth. Now acting as an IT Manager, he oversees client solutions while providing project management and service delivery. Martin has a passion for travel, Liverpool FC and a good BBQ.
Michele is responsible for our financial reporting here at Netcomms. She manages all of the company's transactions, from the accounts to the payroll.

Sajjad has 15 years' experience working in the telecoms sector. His role in our team is focused on new business sales, specialising in cloud-based solutions. Outside of work, Sajjid loves travelling and is a keen cook! He's also an award winner, receiving the 2024 ‘Serving the community Award' from the Mayor.
With many years of management and customer service experience, Skevi specialises in HR, looking after customer contracts, and managing the group cash flow. She promotes ways to maximise efficiency and productivity through processes & procedures ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
