Anthony "Tony" Palombo is an attorney with Nager, Romaine, and Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. in the personal injury department. Tony has been practicing law since 1995 and brings the experience of a seasoned trial lawyer to NRS. He ‘cut his teeth' handling cases as an Attorney for the Ohio Turnpike Commission and as an Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland.
Austin J. Enger is an associate attorney at Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. focusing on workers' compensation. Austin developed a passion for workers' compensation and personal injury law while working at NRS as a summer law clerk.
Christina A. Strubbe is an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine and Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. and focuses her practice on personal injury. Prior to joining NR&S, Christina worked for nearly a decade as a personal injury paralegal where she developed a passion for assisting individuals harmed by the negligence of others.
Colter McArdle is an associate attorney at Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., LPA focusing on workers' compensation. Prior to joining NRS, and while looking for full-time employment as a practicing attorney, Colter spent nearly six months working for a local litigation management firm. While in law school, Colter was the senior law clerk at a high-volume personal injury firm on the Westside. There, he had unfettered access to the attorneys and participated in the likes of depositions, mediations, and extensive trial preparation. Because of the nearly three years of employment and hands-on work as a law clerk at this firm, Colter possesses the types of practical skills that law school does not necessarily provide and will be an asset to NRS for this reason. In addition to this work, Colter was elected as a co-editor in chief for Cleveland-Marshall's newspaper publication, The Gavel, where he further honed his keen eye and his scrupulous attention to detail.

Corey Kuzma, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., focuses his practice on workers' compensation. While in law school, Corey was an intern for the city of Cleveland Department of Law. Regularly assisting attorneys within the Department of Civil Litigation, he acquired both experience and passion in the field. Corey has argued at administrative proceedings, civil jury trials, and court of appeals on behalf of his clients during his time at this firm.
, a partner at Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., leads the firm's personal injury and auto accident litigation groups. In March 2013, Dan received the highest Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating, AV Preeminent. This is a distinction held by a select few in the legal industry and serves as a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Dan clerked at a large plaintiff's personal injury firm while in law school and then worked as an associate attorney in a large Cleveland-based insurance defense firm. For two years he defended insurance companies in personal injury and auto accident litigation cases before coming back to the plaintiff's side in 1999.
Since that time, Dan has worked exclusively on the side of individuals representing their interests against large corporations and insurance companies. His unique perspective of handling cases on both sides of the fence gives him the insight and skills necessary to represent individuals and families in these matters. Dan has handled over tens of thousands of injury claims over the past 20 years including cases in numerous municipal, county, state and federal courts of Ohio.

David E. Nager, managing partner of Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., has been in private practice for 26 years. His primary areas of practice include workers' compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice. He has successfully argued thousands of cases before every level of the Industrial Commission of Ohio, and has handled hundreds of cases before various courts throughout Ohio. He also has successfully argued cases on the State Appellate level. He has obtained compensation for thousands of injury victims totaling tens of millions of dollars.
Erin Karski, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., focuses her practice on workers' compensation. Prior to joining the NRS team, Erin practiced in the Northeast Ohio area and aided the local the Akron community as a Guardian Ad Litem assisting children and families. Erin also has previous experience representing victims of personal injury in the greater Cleveland area. There, she participated in depositions, mediations, discovery, and extensive trial preparation.
Ildiko A. Szucs, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., focuses her practice on workers' compensation. Ildi comes to NRS with over seventeen years of experience predominantly focused in the area of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death and has worked with several prestigious plaintiff's attorneys in the Cleveland area. Over the past few years Ildi had expanded her practice to include criminal law and participated as second chair counsel in a high profile case with local and national media attention. Also as part of her experience in criminal defense, she has argued before the Ninth District Court of Appeals and has worked on several cases involving Title 1983 claims before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. In addition, Ildi was part of the judicial staff for a Judge in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. All of her combined civil and criminal experience has given her a unique and broad perspective on cases involving injuries and a strong compassion for her injured clients.
Jim Falvey is an attorney at Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., and his practice focuses on workers' compensation cases. Jim has been practicing law since 2001 and has significant trial and appellate experience as Plaintiff's counsel.
James Zink, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. focuses his practice on workers' compensation. Previously, James worked for almost 10 years at Florida Rural Legal Services, providing a variety of civil legal services to over 1600 individuals in south Florida, including evictions, foreclosures, unemployment compensation appeals, and employment discrimination claims. James brings an extensive background in administrative law and a passion for service to his clients.
James N. Rainone is an Associate Attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., focusing his practice on workers' compensation. Prior to joining our firm, Jim spent more than two years advocating for and litigating on behalf of Social Security Disability claimants at the administrative and Federal levels. Jim worked to obtain favorable rulings from the Social Security Administration to obtain disability benefits for hundreds of clients.
John P. Rogers is an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine, and Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. focusing his practice in the area of workers compensation. In his first two (2) years following graduation from law school, John worked as an associate attorney with a mid-sized personal injury firm in the Cleveland area, representing clients and their families throughout the state of Ohio suffering from Mesothelioma, Lung Cancer, and other harmful effects of asbestosis exposure on the jobsite. During this time, John worked to obtain wrongful death settlements for the families of asbestos exposure victims, appearing on their behalf in over thirty (30) different probate courts across Ohio. This experience provided him with a unique perspective as to the hardships faced by individuals subjected to harmful working environments. This experience instilled a drive to continue to advocate on behalf of Ohio workers and their families. John later transitioned into a general practice firm focusing on domestic relations, criminal defense, and probate matters in Lake County, Ohio. During this time, he also gained relevant experience in bankruptcy law and handled varying civil matters for local small businesses.

Margaret T. Whitmore, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. focuses her practice on workers' compensation. Prior to joining NRS, Margaret worked in personal injury and estate planning at a small firm in Fairview Park, Ohio. Margaret was an associate who worked on the plaintiff's side of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents and nursing home negligence. She also created wills, trusts, and estate planning for families from Northeast Ohio. In turn, she handled estate administration in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Country Probate courts.
Margaret is a resident of Rocky River. In her free time, Margaret enjoys taking as many yoga classes as she can, running, and spending time with her parents and seven siblings.
Vincent D. Scebbi, an associate attorney with Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., focuses his practice on personal injury and workers' compensation. Prior to joining our firm, Vince developed a strong passion for litigation and assisting individuals harmed by other's negligence while clerking for a prestigious plaintiff's litigation firm here in Cleveland. In addition, Vince clerked for a local municipal prosecutor's office, where he assisted in drafting an appellate brief before the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals.
