PDP DOCS

Joelle Simpson, MD, MPH and Tress Goodwin, MD are pediatric emergency physicians with expertise in disaster medicine. They created PDP Docs to help child-centered businesses and institutions navigate the complexities of disaster management. Their combined education and experience comprise higher degrees from the universities of Harvard, Stanford, George Washington, Georgetown, as well as completed service with the U.S. military and advanced training in public health. They are ready to offer unique insights into the vital and often overlooked role of children in disaster preparedness and recovery planning... The COVID-19 crisis has posed new challenges to every part of our society. When children are involved, the challenge becomes even more difficult. We are here to help... Headed by two ER physicians, PDPDocs provides consulting and educational services focused on children in disasters. Our current focus is the COVID-19 pandemic.
