Providing true visibility of key IT performance metrics is essential. The LM Team developed a custom Enterprise Tool to collect key metrics scattered across various IT management tools and applications; prior to the creation of the service delivery dashboard it was difficult to provide visibility into the overall performance of the core business systems. The tool ties Department of Defense (DoD) metrics measurements including: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contract requirements. The tool collects data from Enterprise Remedy, SharePoint, VMware, Spectrum and other custom developed LM and DoD applications. Our IT Service Delivery Dashboard displays baseline and above baseline service performance information to NEC customers. The IT Service Delivery Dashboard auto-generates Quarterly IT Metrics and contract reports.
