Joining Pionear's leadership team almost 10 years ago. Angie has been instrumental part of Pionear's Operations and Human Resource teams. She leads our HR & compliance department, marketing & social media. Angie found her calling in Human Resources after graduating from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and accepting a HR business analytics role just over 14 years ago. Since then she has added increasing levels of responsibility in all facets of Operations and HR. Heavily concentrated in payroll, business solutions, organizational structure, recruiting & staffing employees.

Mr. Wright is a Founder and Managing Partner of Pionear Recruiting. After graduating from Furman University, he began his career in 1990 with Unum Life Insurance Company, the Global leader in Disability Benefits, as a Benefits Consultant advising companies of all sizes on their benefit needs. Subsequently, he spent 5 years with Robert Half International assessing the human capital needs of employers across all industries. In 2001, he co-founded Pionear, a full-service contingent recruiting firm that has specialized in human capital management for over 500 companies and more than 15,000 candidates across the United States. He is recognized in the industry for creating innovative solutions in many areas including: talent acquisition and retention, skill assessment and leadership development, PEO Services, organizational restructuring, compensation analysis, outsourcing, offshoring, recruitment process outsourcing and economical MSP and SOW programs. He is a devoted husband of more than 20 years, a proud father of 3 amazing children, a strong supporter of local charities and a dedicated member of Elevation church.

Maggie (Olschewske) Kuhlman is the Director of Pionear's National Accounts team with responsibility for leading and managing Recruiter and Client development. In previous roles at Pionear Maggie has served as a Recruiter and Account Manager. Maggie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology from the University at Albany.
