In the year 2000, I obtained my real estate license while attending NYU. After attending NYU and obtaining an eMBA, I pounded the pavement for 2 years, leased over 80 apartments a year, and worked for Corcoran Group before working with Foxtons, UK which entered the NY/NJ Market in the year 2002... Once Foxtons sold and closed shop in 2005, I obtained my Individual Brokers License, and took my Certificate of Property Management training at NYU. By 2010 I was managing about 50 units, and we are now managing over 30 buildings and are continuing to grow.
