Our mission at Rainbow Outreach and Healthcare is to help those within the local community who need extra assistance and provide them with quality care within the comfort of their own homes, our aim is to help maintain independence where possible and enable those under our care to live happier, fulfilled lives... Rainbow Outreach and Healthcare are a healthcare service primarily focused on providing at home care for individuals who require additional care, from a couple of hours per week to 24 hour care 7 days per week. Whether you require post-hospital care for a couple of days or long term care for advancing Parkinson's or Dementia, our specially trained staff are here to help with all care needs, every step of the way...
