He has worked with notable clients across the grocery retail, technology, education, healthcare, and clean energy space. Chad's expertise also extends to media research and awareness measurement efforts. When he's not crafting compelling messages, Chad is likely on the sideline of a Lacrosse field watching his son, being ego-checked by his teenage daughter or enjoying the Idaho outdoors or some live music, preferably both.

Gloria Miller

With more than two decades of journalism and PR expertise, she is a trusted advisor to private- and public-sector leaders who turn to her to handle high-stakes issue communication and crisis response. One of Jess' most valuable assets is her deep knowledge and connectivity to the people and issues that drive business in Idaho - from the political landscape and entrepreneurial ecosystem to economic development efforts and the changing dynamics of legacy and emerging industries. Jess was an Emmy award-winning journalist, recognized as a CEO of Influence, and served as a federal appointee to the National Women's Business Council. She is currently a Director of First Federal Bank, Honorary Commander of the Idaho Air National Guard and executive board member of the Women's and Children's Alliance.

As project lead for communication efforts, Lynda counsels clients at every step.

Sean is a Senior Account Executive at Red Sky Public Relations helping clients with crisis communications, message development, communication planning and marketing. He has worked across a multitude of Industries, including state and federal government agencies, financial institutions, healthcare, nonprofits, higher education, utilities, commercial development and more. Prior to joining Red Sky, Sean worked with a digital marketing team that launched the successful Snake River Farms eCommerce site. A former reporter with nearly a decade in experience writing for newspapers, Sean specialized in telling complicated stories in simple, accessible ways. He worked as a beat reporter for the largest newspaper in New Mexico covering politics, the Legislature, city and county government, water, public policy and he led an occasional investigation. He also wrote stories about zoo animals.

Sophia Hartsock

Sophia thrives in various areas of the PR landscape where her diverse skill set allows her to tackle different challenges with adaptability. Sophia deals mostly with media and influencer relations where she builds and nurtures relationships with journalists and media outlets as well as understanding the power of social media and its impact on brand exposure. Her educational foundation is rooted in her alma mater, Boise State, where she earned her bachelor's degree in communications. Complementing her degree, she also holds a PR certificate, further solidifying her commitment to mastering the craft of public relations.

Tracy Bresina - CFO

Tracy manages finance, operations and human resources for Red Sky. From accounting and financial reporting to compliance, recruiting and much more, her dynamic, invaluable role is critical to keeping the agency firing on all cylinders and enables her colleagues to focus on delivering the best counsel and content to clients. As a partner, she enjoys the strategic role she plays in guiding the agency's business health and direction. Born and raised in Montana, Tracy moved to Idaho to earn a bachelor's degree in psychology and business administration at Boise State University. She has continued her education at NNU to develop a broader base of knowledge in business administration. She is also a member of Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley and was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year in 2014.
