Bogdan Hebean - Managing Director

Bogdan is a senior business developer, with extensive experience in telecoms. Since 2004 he has occupied various positions in telecom integrators, tier 1 operators and hardware manufactures. Bogdan has a Bachelor's degree in Images, Shapes and Artificial Intelligence from The University of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology - Bucharest, Romania. Since 2012 he is having a lecture in FTTx network design for the Orange Education Program organized inside POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest.

Francois Schutte

Francois studied engineering at the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education and graduated in 1997 and started working on Smallworld at Eskom in 1998. He is one of the founding members of Realworld Systems Africa in 2006. Francois has the position of Managing Director.

Garry is an experienced account manager/business development professional with proven skills in identifying and developing solutions, ensuring their delivery as well as forging strong executive client and staff relationships. With thirty years' experience in the information technology industry he has an excellent record as a strong industry practitioner in applying information technology for business benefit; particularly in the local asset intensive utility industries. Garry has been with Realworld Systems in Australia for over three years. During his career, Garry has established a proven track record in developing and maintaining outstanding customer relations within numerous client organisations, both in Australia and the Asian region.

Johan Engelbrecht

Johan Engelbrecht is the Business Development Manager for Realworld Systems Africa. Before joining Realworld Systems, Johan was Vice President of Sales for Africa and Middle East for ABB Enterprise Software division during 2011 and 2017 and prior to this role he was the Managing Director of Powertech IST Data from 2001 to 2011. Johan has more than 20 years of experience in software solutions for asset intensive industries within telecommunications, electricity/water utilities, mining and oil & gas sectors. These solutions helped the enterprise, its assets, its systems and the workforce that supports it to be more collaborative, responsive, effective and safe. Johan holds a B.Eng Honours Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Pretoria.

Mirjan Koolen

Started in 2002 at Realworld Systems as Office Manager. Form the start she was responsible for organizational and secretarial matters in the Dutch office. She is the link between management of the organization and the various departments/offices and ensures that everything runs smoothly within the organization. She is the right-hand man of the management and the management team.

Paul Meester

In 1994, Paul co-founded the first Realworld office in the Netherlands which has been successful since that time. Paul has a broad experience in the usage of Smallworld for assisting Asset Management planning and execution. Paul has an extensive international network in the Smallworld arena. He co-founded the other Realworld offices around the world. Paul can be contacted for service and product related inquiries.

Peter Spriggs - Managing Director

Peter has a long career in the Spatial Industry with equal periods spent working for utilities, spatial product vendors and in the spatial services segment of the Industry. Based in Melbourne Australia, he founded the Australian and Indonesian businesses for Realworld in 2009 and 2015.
