Adam Pilat is involved with manufacturability and scale-up projects for North American Clients. He enjoys the process of developing Isotropic Superfinishing installation projects to succeed in production environments. Adam is an innovator who develops creative solutions for complex problems. Adam has extensive experience in the hand tools and aerospace industries. Adam is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.

Bill Nebiolo is a Sales Manager with REM, Bill oversees the Mideast Territories in the United States with a specialty in decorative, hand tools and gearing applications in the United States. He is a Certified Chemist State of Connecticut and has been a long-standing member of NASF since 1978. Bill graduated from the University of Connecticut & Long Island University with an area of study in Environmental Science and Chemistry.
Carlo brings decades of experience to the REM team in numerous areas including financial accounting, budgeting, corporate taxation, and management accounting. Carlo Sparagna is CPA certified and trained in lean leadership. Carlo received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Probability & Statistics from Lehigh University and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Hartford.

Chris is an experienced Sales Manager helping to develop and maintain existing business across all markets in the Gulf Coast Region. Chris has extensive experience and expertise in custom solutions for the aerospace industry. Chris Mershon graduated from Sam Houston State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration, Project Management.

Christina Michaud is the Marketing Manager for REM Surface Engineering and has been with REM since 2007. As the marketing manager, Christina has specialized experience in Strategic Marketing Planning, Project and Event Management, Web Marketing, CRM Database implementation and management, and new product implementation. Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 and was awarded the Wesley C. Bender Award for Outstanding Performance in marketing.
David Dock is the REM Facility Manager of Indiana. David's experience consists of over 20 years of Senior Management,15 years Director of Operations for Electronics Companies, 6 years For-Profit College President, and 3 years Plant Manager for Chemical companies. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Robotics/Electronics from ITT Technical Institute and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Derek Poehlmann is REM's Equipment Engineer with the responsibility of developing new and optimized equipment solutions for REM's technology installations. Derek previously served as a Process Engineer developing process applications. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering (EE track) from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Agustin Diaz is part of the R&D Department at REM Surface Engineering serving as the Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Manager overseeing Research Chemists and Additive Manufacturing Scientists. Over the last three years, he has worked on the optimization of post-process surface finishing of metal additive manufactured (AM) components using REM's chemically accelerated finishing technologies. Agustin is a leading expert in the surface classification and post-processing of metal AM components and has expertise in new technology development for the surface finishing of metal components. He is the author of more than twenty technical papers and patents. Agustin has a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico and served for four years as a postdoctoral fellow at Texas A&M University. Dr. Agustin Diaz was a Ford Postdoctoral Fellow in 2011 and from 2016-2019 he served on the Ford conference planning committee. In 2018 Agustin was elected Co-Chair of the Conference and the master of ceremony of the 2018 Ford Conference at the National Academy of Sciences.

Eric is Vice President of Operations at REM Surface Engineering. Eric is Six Sigma green belt certified and brings a strong Lean Manufacturing background and perspective to REM. Eric has expertise in operations management, strategic planning and large-scale/interdepartmental project implementation. Eric holds a degree in Environmental Health Science from Brenau University and an MBA from Wright State University.
Eric Wendt is a research chemist working on the development and implementation of surface finishing technology for additive manufactured components. Eric graduated from Texas Lutheran University in 2019 with a bachelor of science in Biochemistry. He worked in clinical research focusing on optimization of immunoassays for automated systems and he is very happy to now be a part of the REM research team.
Fernando Loyola graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Texas at Tyler. He has done research with NASA developing a Novel Human Rated Spacecraft Thermal Management System during his senior year at university. Previously Fernando has served as a Mechanical Engineer for Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure developing new equipment and infrastructure for the Oil & Gas industry. Fernando has experience with optimizing mechanical systems to increase efficiency.

James also has 8 years of experience in the Progressive Metal Stamping Industry as a technician at Wellington Industries running and maintaining their 880 ton press.
