After growing up in Kansas Adam's love of fly fishing brought him to Colorado where he went to college. After graduating and leaving to work as a fisheries biologist for a stint he's back in the mountains introducing people to some of the things he's passionate about, be it fly fishing, rafting, or snowmobiling.

Anders has been involved in the adventure tourism industry for most of his life, spending time as a raft guide, snowmobile guide, scuba diving instructor and ski instructor. Anders grew up mainly in Sparta, New Jersey, and has been living in Colorado since 2010. He attended CSU where he received a Masters Degree in Tourism Management.
After his studies Anders moved to the Philippines and worked as a Marine Biologist and Marine Conservationist. There he helped to construct a provincial Philippine law based on carrying capacities for diving and snorkeling sites to better the quality of life of the locals as well as reduce impacts on coral sites, ultimately increasing visitor experiences above and under the surf.
On days off, Anders can be found skiing and hiking the amazing Colorado wilderness as well as rafting his personal boat down the many amazing rivers the west has to offer. Anders is also passionate for scuba diving and plans to open his own dive shop/ecotourism resort in the future.

Austin is from sweet home Alabama. After graduating from Auburn University, Austin booked it out to Colorado where he began ATV, Snowmobile, and Raft guiding. When Austin is not bringing people out to experience the great outdoors of Colorado, you can find him climbing in Rifle (or, if he has the time, climbing the sweet sandstone of the Red River Gorge, KY), skiing, or trail running. Whatever he is doing, it's all the ecstatic moment!

Bri is is from the great state of Tejas. Her love of the mountains brought her to Colorado and she has no plan on leaving anytime soon. She's a ski bum in the winter and a raft guide in the summer. Tough life! Her favorite river snack is a turkey sammy.

Brian is a local who grew up in the Vail Valley and went to college in Durango, Colorado. He's worked with Sage for 5 years and loves his job. He loves kayaking during the summer where you can find him shredding the gnar with his brother.
During most of the year, Brooke works with bears in Alaska. But when the bears are in hibernation, she works for Sage helping out in the office. The long winter days fly by when you spend each day with rad people working for a rad company in a beautiful place. That helps bridge the gap between bear seasons. Also Brooke has a super cute dog named Bruce! He looks like a cow.

Colton is a thrill seeking adventurer with a heart for giving people the time of their life. He has been with Sage for 3 seasons and Colton has years of experience in the outdoors including a 500mile trek through Colorado backpacking. Come see Colton on the river this summer!

Dave moved to Colorado in 2013 and hasn't looked back. He lives for the Summers and loves the Fly Fishing Program at Sage. When he's not working or fishing he's snowshoeing with his wife and dog. Dave is a huge fan of the Baltimore Ravens and despises all people from Pittsburgh (unless they fly fish). His favorite color is polka dot and his favorite flavor is snozzberry!

G-money is a sweet southern bumpkin from South Carolina. His gentle voice and soothing tone will make a mountain lion purr and put your baby to sleep. Join Garrett in the outdoors for the smoothest trip you could dream of.

Grant McCormick is from the East side of the Rockies in Morrison, Colorado. Also known as ‘Grantis', he once fit 32 baby carrots in his mouth. No, he has never straightened his hair. Grant loves Sage because it provides a litany of wonderful rivers to raft, it's one of the main reasons he enjoys working here! Grantis loves every day he gets to spend in nature, there is no comparison to the freedom this job allows

Grant has been a wilderness professional for 10+ years leading various adventures across the world. These include: extended backcountry camping trips through the Boundary Waters, Wilderness Therapy, Glacier Guiding in New Zealand and Alaska, Snowboard instructor here in Colorado and 5 years with SAGE. Along with being a Wilderness First Responder, Grant has a degree in Outdoor Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse and is a master of the fine arts! He grew up in the world of ceramics and is always creating something. From woodworking to photography Grant loves to stay busy. Additionally, Grant was a lifelong wrestler and loves to stay active. You can find him out rock climbing, biking, snowboarding or exploring with his dog Tiki during his off time. He is all about connecting with people and showing them a taste of adventure in the mountains. He is an amazing story teller who focuses on mindfulness and connecting with the world around him. Hannah was born and raised in the outdoor tourism industry in South Alabama operating sailboats across the Gulf Coast. After surviving a degree in Public Relations, sailing halfway around the world, and a pandemic, she traded her beach lifestyle for the mountains. Hannah now enjoys snowboarding, rafting, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. What a pivot! In May of 2022, Sage scooped her up from a soul sucking corporate job to come back to the industry that she is passionate about. James comes to us from the great state of New York & has been enjoying the Mountain lifestyle Colorado has to offer since 2019. James prides himself in offering knowledgeable advice & sharing with guests from all over the world the beauty of the Colorado outdoors. "I am truly grateful for getting the chance to work alongside the guide staff here at Sage and always continue to learn from them. This truly enables me to speak with our guests over the phone & truly understand the importance of getting outdoors & sharing it with the people of the world." After work you can find me hiking or snowshoeing to experience the beauty of Colorado & the unknown. He is also an avid New York Yankees fan & enjoys basketball, & football. James also enjoys history & a good laugh from time to time.
Jason is a Colorado native. He has been active in Vail Valley outdoor recreation for 18 years. He was the head river manager, lead snowmobile guide and EMT before stepping into his current role. Jason understands our local rivers better than anyone. He has a beautiful wife and an 8 year old son that both love nature and adventure! He loves getting people on the water or up to our private mountain property to show off our amazing natural surroundings!

Jessie grew up in Virginia on a piece of land sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay. After graduating college with a degree in Global Development, she worked in NYC for 2 years before realizing that she is much happier when she can walk around barefoot; hence her transition into the outdoor industry with SAGE. Jessie is most excited to share her love of water with guests and continue learning alongside the local ecosystem! When she is not at work, you can find Jessie swimming laps, reading dystopian fiction, or writing short stories based on her travels.

Juan is a spirited soul, a touch reckless yet inherently good-natured. His heart beats for extreme sports and the great outdoors, his mission always to leave behind a smile and a lasting memory in people's lives. With an insatiable love for exploring new cultures and connecting with diverse individuals, Juan's voyages have taken him far and wide in search of thrilling adventures-from conquering hiking trails to soaring through the skies in daring skydives. Kevin was born in Austin, TX, grew up in the Midwest, and has worked with Sage for 10 years. He has guided rivers for about 15 years, including New Zealand and Mexico. Kevin also likes to travel in the off-season, SCUBA dives, rides bikes and motorcycles, and owns lots of fireworks. As a special bonus, he speaks terrible Spanish.

Kim Boston was born in Wyoming but grew up on her family's cattle ranch in Montana. She moved to Colorado in 1998, where she attended cosmetology school. Kim has lived in Glenwood Springs for the last 24 years. Kim and her family have had the opportunity to take two separate year-long sabbaticals. In 2015-2016 they lived and traveled through Central and South America. In 2021 their family lived on Oahu and traveled throughout the Hawaiian Islands. After returning from Hawaii, Kim and her crew relocated to Eagle, Colorado. Kim's hobbies are horseback riding, hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. Her passions are travel, culture, experiencing new food, family, and friends!

Kurt is from the Big Easy a.k.a New Orleans and traversed across country to spend time in the great outdoors. He loves to teach others the intricacies of fly fishing, and to see the pure adrenaline and excitement on a guest's face when they crush a big wave. Kurt's favorite hobby is to collect books as if he owns a library, without reading any of them.
Marek loves traveling which has taken him to 13 countries across 5 continents. His love for the outdoors lead Marek to Colorado for its epic mountain biking and hiking in the summer. When Marek isn't driving you around town this winter you will catch him on the slopes snowboarding or alpine touring this winter. Marek has been in Colorado for 8 years now and found his favorite place to be is Crested Butte, CO.

Trish is originally from Kansas and moved out to the Vail Valley to guide for Sage after finishing school in Iowa. Since then, guiding has brought her to rivers and mountains in California, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and New Zealand. She loves spending her days paddling on the river or riding around on Sage's beautiful trails.
