A Smart Teams Workshop is a leadership development experience for intact leadership teams who want to increase their team effectiveness and drive results within their organization. Teneal leverages her 16+ years working with leadership teams across the world and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool to provide insights that will maximize productivity and personal impact in the workplace.... Teneal is a native of Idaho but has lived and traveled all over the world. After completing her Masters in Organizational Behavior from BYU, she began working for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati as an HR professional. During her 12 years with P&G, she worked with the brands Bounty, Charmin, Pampers, Pantene, Olay, Herbal Essences, Old Spice, Aussie, and more. She also supported the functional areas of R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing. For 2 ½ years she lived in Singapore and was P&G's Diversity & Inclusion Leader for the Asia region.
