Bob Estey

Born and raised in Vancouver, Bob graduated from Dalhousie University with his Masters in Architecture and has been involved with many reputable buildings and Master Planned Communities in the lower mainland for the past 25 years. Prior to his position at LedMac, Bob worked at Concord Pacific and Magellan Developments in Vancouver. At Ledingham McAllister, Bob has been responsible for the rezoning and ultimate development of the 50 Acre Master Planned Community ‘Southgate City' in Burnaby. Married with 2 grown children, Bob is a north shore native with a passion for the local mountains and Saturna Island. He's a "frequent flyer" on the Gulf Islands ferry and has ‘served thousands' at the annual July 1st Saturna Island lamb BBQ - volunteering as a loyal carver with a large knife … Best to just stand back!

Brian Leung - SVP

Brian has been a member of the Ledingham McAllister team for over 15 years and works closely with the President and C.E.O. in regards to development, leasing and asset management of our commercial properties. He is also responsible for managing the overall office operations including staffing, human resources, and IT. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Simon Fraser University and is an active member of industry activities and events. When Brian is not busy working, you can find him in the marketing department raiding the snack drawer.

Carla Bury

With over 30 years of experience creating the vision for countless communities both in residential and resort real estate, Carla leads the marketing team to develop strategies that create awareness of the company's residential portfolio and corporate brand. Having worked with many top-tier developers across North America, Carla is the driving force of innovation and creativity everywhere she goes. When not creating unique visions for every LedMac project, Carla can be found skiing in Whistler or cycling the Sea-to-Sky Highway with her husband and daughter.

Dan Giordano - EVP

As a Registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in development, engineering, construction, and project management, Dan oversees a team responsible for a portfolio of major projects across the Lower Mainland. Dan has a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Colorado State University, and is a LEED AP. When he's not at the office, you will most likely find Dan travelling the world with his wife and two daughters. He can also be found pursuing his passions of surfing, photography, and enjoying great food and wine (If you need any restaurant suggestions, Dan is your guy).

Eric Martin

Eric Martin is a registered Professional Engineer and a graduate of UBC and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 40 years. Prior to joining the LedMac team, Eric was V.P. Development at Bosa Development Corp. for almost 25 years and was responsible for a number of major urban development projects throughout Greater Vancouver and the western U.S. Eric is Chair and President of the Whistler Development Corp., formed in 2004 to build the Whistler Olympic Village for the 2010 Games, and is a Past President of the Urban Development Institute. Eric was just awarded the Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers' by Governor General David Johnston.

Joanne Liu - CFO

Joanne Liu, Ledingham McAllister's CFO, is a CPA, CA with significant executive level experience. Joanne started her career at KPMG and spent most of her time in their tax department where she managed and provided tax advisory services to a large portfolio of major private and public companies with domestic and international operations. In her past roles, she has been actively involved in managing the strategic direction, corporate financial reporting, financing, and cash flow needs of the company, as well as designing and implementing tax strategies, and managing a myriad of matters related to securities, HR, IT and investor relations. Outside of work, Joanne is a busy mom of three: her two young children, and her husband. In her free time Joanne enjoys being active on every front, whether she's learning to bake something new or biking around the city with her family in search of the best ice cream shop - she is always on the go!

Louise Barbour

With over 20 years of industry experience, Nadee's primary focus is providing leadership and direction to the sales and sales administration teams. She has been with Ledmac since 2005 and enjoys helping to shape the quality homes and inclusive communities LedMac is known for. When Nadee isn't wearing stilettos at the office, she can be found in her steel toed cowgirl boots on site.

Sharon Dar

Sharon has about 20 years of experience within real estate development and construction industry. She is a C.P.A., C.G.A. and oversees the day to day accounting operations for our group of companies.

Ward S. McAllister - CEO, President

Ward, a fifth generation Vancouverite, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ledingham McAllister, one of BC's most established and respected Developers. Through his 40 years of experience he has been involved in all facets of the development and construction industry. Ward establishes and manages the vision and objectives of the company, and has overall responsibility for acquisition, finance, design, approvals, construction and marketing of all Ledingham McAllister projects. Ward is a Past President of U.D.I. Canada, Past President of U.D.I. (Pacific) for three terms and a Board member for over 20 years. He has received many awards and mentions for his contribution to the industry and the community. Ward is regarded as a chief spokesman for a wide variety of real estate matters as they pertain to the public and all levels of Government.
