The International Leadership Association (ILA) and I are thrilled to participate in an interview series on global leadership with Maureen Metcalf, host of Innovative Leaders Driving Thriving Organizations. Antoinette was born in New Zealand and has spent most of her professional life in Sydney Australia, interspersed by three career sojourns based in London. She has held a number of regional global roles which led to significant travel in Europe, Asia Pacific, South America and Africa.
Now she is based in the Netherlands, the birthplace of her parents, enjoying a sense of soul homecoming. Antoinette has a daughter in London and travels to Australia to spend time there each summer with her two other children.
