Adam Bell is an East Texas native having graduated from Longview High School and attended the University of Texas at Tyler. Adam and his wife Christy live in the Judson area of Gregg County and enjoy peaceful country living. Adam has a great interest in all local matters. Reagan brings a lifetime of knowledge of the Longview and East Texas area. Born and reared in Longview; 1961 graduate of Culver Military Academy; graduate of the University of Texas (Austin) and UT Law School; licensed Texas attorney since 1969 with substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate; a professional business broker since 1998; a member of the Longview Rotary Club with more than 25 years perfect attendance, serving 4 years on its Board of Directors; a multiple Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International; member of Trinity Episcopal Church; past service on the Professional Standards Committee of the Longview Area Association of Realtors.
Reagan's wife Debra was a teacher at Trinity School of Texas for more than 30 years. Married for more than 40 years, with 5 grandchildren, Reagan & Debra are at home in historic Mobberly Place in Longview. Reagan is also very experienced in Lake Cherokee properties. His father, who was also a long-time attorney in Longview, was one of the men who helped bring Lake Cherokee to life, and was one of its original stockholders. "I literally ‘grew up' on Lake Cherokee, and Debra & I lived there full time for over 15 years."
My name is Brent Shelton and I am originally from Lake Village Arkansas. I moved to
Candace Young's roots grow deep in East Texas. Born and raised in Longview, she is a 1999 graduate of Pine Tree. Her faith in the Lord has always been strong, thanks in part to parents who would have her at Mobberly Baptist Church anytime the doors were open. She met her husband, Ben, there and they are now raising their 3 children at Mobberly. They enjoy traveling and visit the mountains of Colorado or Montana as often as possible. The family also loves camping and fishing and just being together outside enjoying God's creation. Their children attend New Diana schools and are involved in a variety of organizations and sports. Candace is active in the PTO there and is Secretary of the Friends of the New Diana FFA. She enjoys helping and giving back to her community in any way she can!
Candace loves working with people, and that is evident every time she interacts with a client! She spent over 15 years behind a computer, working from home as a medical transcriptionist while her babies were little. While she loved that time of her life, her daughter starting kindergarten was the catalyst she needed to branch out into a job outside of the home. Enter Real Estate! Candace dove in head-first in 2018 and has never looked back! She has a wide variety of real estate experience from simple home purchases and sales to land/lot sales to helping investor clients purchase multiple properties at a time. Cheryl began her real estate career in 2000 following 25 years in the banking industry. Cindy has passionately worked in real estate for over 15 years. She is a multi-million dollar producer and has been featured in Money magazine, Atlanta Magazine and The Houston Chronicle. As a seasoned market advisor Cindy specializes in residential real estate with particular focus and expertise working with custom builders and relocation clients.
Cindy and her family have been relocated many times with her husband's job over their 35+ years of marriage so she understands the excitement, frustration and hard work that embody a residential move. Cindy and her husband, David, enjoy playing tennis, travel and just about anything that involves being outside. They are proud parents to their son Nick who also shares most of their passions and frequently joins them on their adventures.
Clair moved to Longview in 1985 when her husband, David graduated from veterinary school at Texas A&M. She has a varied career life-administrative assistant to a private investor, in HR at the LeTourneau plant, director for the Women's Center, Gregg County probation officer, coordinator for Advocacy, Inc but since 2007 she has enjoyed being a REALTOR the most! She is a LeTourneau University graduate but her heart is at Texas A&M! Their adult son, Blaine, is also an Aggie and continues to work for A&M. The Balliets live on Lake Cherokee where they enjoy lake life at its best. Clair recently expanded her market area to include the Bryan College Station MLS. The career change from retail to real estate was a suggestion from her husband, Bob, owner of Farrell & Boswell Land Company. Bob is a seasoned Longview real estate broker and developer of rural properties in East Texas. Debi, a former educator and retail store owner in Longview, has had firsthand knowledge of the real estate market for over 48 years through her husband's business. She has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since becoming a realtor and has been the company's Top Producer multiple times. Whether assisting old friends or newly formed ones, Debi has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable and informed during the entire real estate transaction. She has been a realtor since 1997, received her real estate broker's license in 2017, and is a Broker Associate with Summers Cook.
Debi and Bob are long time active members of First Baptist Church. They have lived a variety of homes in Longview, ranging from the "mini ranch" with 50 acres, cows, and horses, to homes in town on smaller lots. They enjoy time with their children, Julie and Steven, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren.

Diane, the wife and mother of 4, is joining the profession after a highly successful 29 year career in music education. Diane has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Florida and a Master's Degree from Stephen F. Austin University, both in Music Education. As a band director, Diane formed close relationships with her students, parents, administration and community members. Diane helped her students achieve their highest musical potential as well as being a trusted mentor. Passion and enthusiasm for helping others and working with the public inspired her to become a realtor. Dona received her BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas in Austin and began
her career as a Marketing Representative and Underwriter for Chubb Insurance
Company. She also held a Personal Insurance License and managed a Personal Lines
Division in Houston before returning to East Texas with her husband.
Dona is married to Jimmy Willett and they have 3 children. The Willetts joke about their
Jerry brings a wealth of experience and understanding to his career in real estate. With more than twenty years in sales and management along with a graduate degree in law, Jerry has a unique background to understand the the varied needs and technical issues necessary to best serve his clients. He gives back to the community through his participation in his local church, Fellowship Bible Church, where he and his wife Wendy started and mentored the engaged and young married couples group. As partners in life for more than 30 years, Wendy, a former realtor, is Jerry's assistant in real estate as well. This gives them a special connection to the families they serve . There own children Matthew, Andrew and Rachel are starting their own careers and families.
Joanna originates from Tyler where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at U.T. after which she obtained an M.S. in Physical Therapy from Texas State University. After working in healthcare for 15 years, Joanna began to study real estate and obtained Texas licensure in 2017.
She has been married to her husband for 20 years and has 2 children. She is active in her church ministry and is currently serving as the Vice Regent of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas at St. Mary's Church.

Joyce Flanagan is one of the most honored and respected members of the Longview real estate community. A licensed broker since 1971, she owned and managed her own company for 23 years before selling to a large real estate franchise in 1998. She joined Suzanne Cook & Company in 2001, and continues on with Summers Cook & Co. enticed by the opportunity to share her wealth of knowledge as mentor and trainer to the less experienced agents at the company (and that's most of us!) During her career, Joyce has been involved in thousands of transactions involving the gamut of situations and personalities. She's a problem solver with an excellent grasp of financing and closing procedures.
Joyce has been chosen three times by her peers as their "Realtor of the Year." She is one of only a handful of agent in the Longview Area Associationto be named to the "Hall of Fame." Her often quoted "if it can be done, we'll do it together" speaks volumes of her attitude toward teamwork.
Joyce is married to Major Flanagan and they are the parents of three grown children.
Kathy Jones, a Longview native, knows the area well. Her father and grandfather were both area builders and developers, so she grew up with houses and construction. Choosing real estate sales as a career just seemed natural, and when she was licensed in 1986, she "hit the ground running," being named Rookie of the Year by the Longview Board of Realtors. She hasn't taken her running shoes off yet. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, she has had extensive training in relocation and marketing. Kathy has been married to her husband, Bobby, for over 25 years. They have two daughters.
Kathy LeTourneau represents integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of a real estate transaction since 2003. She grew up in Downey California, where both her mother and sister-in-law worked as realtors, so Kathy saw what it took to be a good agent! She grew a successful business in the Las Vegas area, where she learned about short sales and distressed properties. Kathy and her husband, Caleb, moved to Longview, where she immediately resumed her career. She has worked in almost every aspect of the residential market, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother, and is guided by her faith in all she does. I have spent the past twenty years of my life raising two incredible children, Camp and Ella Stevens. I could not have done this without the support of my wonderful husband of 27 years, Scott Stevens. Scott is a fourth generation Longview native and serves as Chief Justice of the Texas Sixth Court of Appeals. Tennis has been a strong passion for our family for many years and both of the kids continued to play at the college level. I am an avid player myself, and I love my tennis friends and our local tennis community.

Mary and her husband, Sam, have lived in Longview since 1984. They own Classic Homes by Sam Clark, where they collaborate to build some of the finest homes in East Texas.
