As Chief of Staff, Alex supports the executive leadership team in bringing people together by uncovering unbiased truths, common objectives and solutions.
Alex has served on the boards of the Osprey Community Foundation, Kootenay Association of Science and Technology and on the Communications Committee for the Dalai Lama Centre for Peace and Education. She loves interior design, travel, camping and being outside.

She's worked in England, Russia and Canada and is now a resident of Rossland, B.C. Juliette was also the volunteer Treasurer of the Blackjack Cross Country Ski Club.
The mother of young active twins, Juliette loves spending time outdoors and does as much biking, skiing and camping as possible.

Jessica Nordlander is a technology executive with an MSc in Applied IT as COO, she aims to rethink corporate innovation, operationalize moxie and build remote first-operating systems. Her career trajectory has seen her leading transformational change and growth in several multinational companies, serving as the first Chief Digital Officer for global travel group and Swedish institution STS Education, Head of Business Development at Google, and as Managing Director in Stockholm, Dubai, and Vancouver for SaaS growth wonder Meltwater.
She is a renowned thought leader, speaker and contributor for outlets like Forbes and Inc. Magazine on topics like the future of work, leadership and corporate innovation. In 2019, she was named Sweden's Most Innovative Leader and in 2021 she was one of Canada's 40 under 40.
Prior to ThoughtExchange, Lauren served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Irvine Company Office Properties. She has also held other leadership roles at organizations including Dell and Pepsi Co, as well as starting her career at Monitor, now part of Deloitte Consulting.

Joining ThoughtExchange as the first service team employee, Lea has gone on to lead in customer success, product innovation and events before taking on her current role.
