Brian A. Mayer is President of Related Management. Mr. Mayer is responsible for the operating performance of all residential assets classes, including luxury rentals, condominiums and affordable housing properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining Related Management, Mr. Mayer was Executive Vice President of Operations for HEI Hotels and Resorts, an owner-operator of hotel real estate, with a portfolio of 70 multi-brand hotels throughout the United States. In addition, he led the Food and Beverage and Sales and Marketing disciplines as well as property acquisition process, assimilating new hotels into HEI's platforms and strategies. Mr. Mayer also developed and led Six Sigma for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the first service industry application of its kind. Bruce A. Beal, Jr. is President and a partner of Related Companies. Bruce joined Related in 1995 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development process for projects across all asset classes throughout the country including acquisition, finance and construction activities. In addition, Mr. Beal oversees Related's existing operating portfolio and the company's affordable housing initiatives. Bruce L. Warwick is Vice Chairman of Related Companies. Mr. Warwick has been with Related since 1998 initially serving as President of Columbus Centre Developer, the division of Related charged with the development and construction of the 2.8 million square foot mixed-use project, Time Warner Center in New York City. Mr. Warwick was formerly Vice Chairman of The Galbreath Company - Development Division and built the $450 million Trump International Hotel & Residential Tower on Columbus Circle. Mr. Warwick has been in the development and construction business for over 45 years having successfully built and developed properties in both Puerto Rico and in the Northeast totaling over 6 million square feet of property. He serves as an independent Director of Dividend Capital Trust, an industrial real estate investment trust based in Denver, with assets totaling over $2.5 billion. David Zussman is Chief Financial Officer of Related Companies where he oversees Related's finance, accounting and treasury groups and is actively engaged in the company's financial planning and capital markets initiatives. Emad Lotfalla is Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for Related Companies. Jeffrey I. Brodsky is Vice Chairman of Related Companies where he works closely with Related's executive team to optimize business development and drive improved performance and results across the platform and internationally. Mr. Brodsky joined Related's affordable housing development group in 1982, has been an Executive Vice President of Related Affordable for 18 years, and served as President of Related Management from 1997 through 2015. He also leads Related Companies' initiative to increase diversity, equity and inclusion within the company and the broader real estate industry. Mr. Brodsky is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Residential Management Council and the recipient of its 2006 George M. John Jacobsson is Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, of Related Companies. Kenneth P. Wong is Chief Operating Officer and Director of International Development of Related Companies. Mr. Wong has over thirty five years of diverse experience having overseen the development of a broad range of real estate assets from retail shopping centers to theme parks and planned communities both in the U.S. and international markets and representing well over $20 billion worth of assets. Kimberly Sherman Stamler is the President of Related Beal, the Boston office of Related Companies, where she is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Related Beal is active in the residential, life science, office, hotel, retail, public realm and mixed-use sectors. In partnership with The Hudson Companies, Ms. Sherman Stamler has been responsible for the development of five buildings and retail at Riverwalk on Roosevelt Island in New York City, as well as for the evolution of this 19-acre site into a community by adding new park space and local and national retailers. Stephen M. Ross is the Chairman and Founder of Related Companies and a devoted philanthropist. Mr. Ross formed Related in 1972 and today the company includes approximately 3,500 professionals. He was Director of Housing and Economic Development under Mayor Dianne Feinstein and served as an appointed Commissioner of the San Francisco Housing Authority.
