Brian A. Mayer - President

Brian A. Mayer is President of Related Management. Mr. Mayer is responsible for the operating performance of all residential assets classes, including luxury rentals, condominiums and affordable housing properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining Related Management, Mr. Mayer was Executive Vice President of Operations for HEI Hotels and Resorts, an owner-operator of hotel real estate, with a portfolio of 70 multi-brand hotels throughout the United States. In addition, he led the Food and Beverage and Sales and Marketing disciplines as well as property acquisition process, assimilating new hotels into HEI's platforms and strategies. Mr. Mayer also developed and led Six Sigma for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the first service industry application of its kind. Bruce A. Beal, Jr. is President and a partner of Related Companies. Mr. Warwick has been with Related since 1998 initially serving as President of Columbus Centre Developer, the division of Related charged with the development and construction of the 2.8 million square foot mixed-use project, Time Warner Center in New York City. Mr. Warwick was formerly Vice Chairman of The Galbreath Company - Development Division and built the $450 million Trump International Hotel & Residential Tower on Columbus Circle. Mr. Warwick has been in the development and construction business for over 45 years having successfully built and developed properties in both Puerto Rico and in the Northeast totaling over 6 million square feet of property. He serves as an independent Director of Dividend Capital Trust, an industrial real estate investment trust based in Denver, with assets totaling over $2.5 billion. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Greenwich Hospital and continues to serve on its board. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 1960.

Jeffrey I. Mr. Brodsky is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Residential Management Council and the recipient of its 2006 George M. In partnership with The Hudson Companies, Ms. Sherman Stamler has been responsible for the development of five buildings and retail at Riverwalk on Roosevelt Island in New York City, as well as for the evolution of this 19-acre site into a community by adding new park space and local and national retailers. Philippe B.
