THE FREEZETTE

Over the course of many years hearing stories about "the good ol' days" of The Freezette from not only Granny Jean herself, but from others who so fondly recalled their own memories of that special place, they knew that they wanted to recapture some of what The Freezette brought to this community so many years ago... Tasty's was an idea several decades in the making. Owner's Chad and Katy Dougherty opened Tasty's in December of 2011 after realizing that our small community of Fernandina Beach was in need of a family friendly, budget friendly dining spot that focused its efforts on quality food, service and atmosphere. After some careful consideration and a little inspiration from the past…Tasty's was born!
