The clinic is located on the east bank of the Coast Fork Willamette River in historic downtown Cottage Grove, Oregon. There is street parking near the clinic's main entrance, and additional parking in back of the clinic with easy, no-steps access to our building. Our office has four treatment rooms, an x-ray, a private office, and business offices. The clinic is well-staffed and nicely equipped.
