The Rugby Foundation was created for everybody involved in the sport of rugby, to help them achieve, develop and grow... Formed originally in the USA to help develop new players, coaches and referees and provide them with opportunity, especially in under-served communities, "The Rugby Foundation" has developed a number of programmes that benefit the rugby community everywhere. TRF now has representatives in more than a dozen countries who will promote opportunity, development and support wherever it is needed...
