In the year 2008 I had just moved my IT business into a limited company: 'Edworthy Computing Limited' and to celebrate I wanted an evening in a relaxed environment and I had just ordered a Chinese Takeaway and having dashed off to pick it up I wanted to grab a bottle of wine Red or White I wasn't too concerned with the variety to let alone the colour as at this point in my life I didn't understand the different grapes, regions or even the impact colour of wine has on the food you eat in terms of how a specific wine can affect how the food tastes when it reaches your tongue that has been enlightened by the flavour of the wine... There were no spaces outside of the local convenience stores as I was in a bit of a rush.
