TNU

The TNU was established in 2012 as a joint Chair by the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich and forms a division of the Institute for Biomedical Engineering. The mission of the TNU is to develop and validate mathematical models that infer subject-specific disturbances of physiology and information processing in neuronal circuits from neuroimaging, electrophysiological and behavioural measures... To achieve this goal, the TNU integrates computational scientists and clinicians under one roof and operates a research clinic for evaluating the clinical utility of neuromodeling procedures in prospective patient studies.
