Brandon Bornstein is an experienced litigator and personal injury attorney at Todd Miner Law. His practice is devoted to representing injury clients involved in automobile, premises liability, and wrongful death accidents. Brandon is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he majored in political science. Thereafter he attended Charlotte School of Law where he earned his juris doctorate, cum laude. Prior to devoting his practice to representing personal injury clients, Brandon exclusively represented one of America's largest automobile insurance companies and its at-fault insureds. Through his years of experience defending personal injury claims, Brandon developed an inside understanding of the claim handling process and defense strategies insurance companies use to devalue injury claims. It was this insight that led Brandon to realize he could better serve his community by helping injury clients navigate the unfair practices employed by insurance companies. Brandon is an Orlando native. He is married to Nicole and a proud father of their young son, Brooks. He is a long time Orlando Magic fan, enjoys spending time on the water, and traveling with his family. Brandon is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Christopher S. Reed, is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he graduated from Henry B. Plant High School in 1986. Following high school, Chris moved to New York City to attend Columbia University, an Ivy League School, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1990. Chris was recruited by Columbia University as a football player and was a member of the football team during his four years of study at Columbia. Chris was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity where he held various leadership positions.

Mark Ahrens is an experienced litigator at Todd Miner Law®️. A New York native, Mark was raised in Central Florida and has lived in the Orlando area for over 30 years. Mark is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a Specialization in Litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida A&M University. Mark's experience as a healthcare provider afforded a smooth transition into the legal profession where he specialized in healthcare law. Specifically, Mark represented physicians and hospitals defending medical malpractice cases; and nursing homes defending nursing home abuse cases. Mark joined Todd Miner Law®️ so that he could turn his practice towards representing individuals who have suffered injuries and families who are grieving the wrongful death of a loved one. His practice includes claims arising from: Motor vehicle collisions Premises liability Medical malpractice Mark has an extensive medical background having graduated from the inaugural class of Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences and worked as an E.R. and Critical Care nurse. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with an emphasis on pre-law. While attending the University of Central Florida, Todd served as president of the Political Science Pre-Law Union and was a justice on the Judicial Counsel of the prestigious Honor Court. Todd went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. In law school, Todd was a member of Moot Court, the editor-in-chief of the Nova Law Reporter and served as Chief Prosecutor for the Honor Court. During his final semester of law school, Todd served as a certified legal intern with the Office of State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit. Upon graduating from law school, Todd was immediately offered the position of Assistant State Attorney. He passed the Florida Bar examination on his first attempt and was officially admitted to the Florida Bar in October of 1993.

Trenton's practice focuses on catastrophic and personal injury, vehicular negligence and premises liability. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the law school's moot court team. As an undergraduate, Trenton majored in Finance and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Before he began exclusively representing personal injury victims, Trenton represented businesses and insurance companies across the state of Florida with a focus in personal injury litigation, premises liability actions and bad faith insurance litigation. Trenton's previous work as a defense attorney representing insurance companies has given him insight on how insurance companies value cases and defend lawsuits. Mr. Swan now uses that insight to help clients recover the full and just value for their injuries.
