Originally from Kingston, ON, (where she has now returned & continues to work remotely) Anne studied at St. Lawrence College and Willis College and moved to Ottawa 14 years ago. She joined Nancy's team at RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Group in May of 2013. With her experience in software training, management and data entry, Anne quickly emerged as a valuable asset in the operations of Nancy's office. Anne's tasks include managing the marketing process for new and current listings, planning a marketing schedule, maintaining our website and posting real estate articles and information on social media for Nancy's followers. She is constantly in communication with Nancy's clients, other agents and prospective buyers and sellers.
Among her many activities in Nancy's office, Anne says she particularly enjoys "researching and posting useful real estate information, whether it be home improvement ideas or mortgage-related facts on Nancy's social media platforms, and then tracking the outcomes, reach and likes of her followers."
Outside of the office, Anne's interests include gardening, biking, kayaking, yoga & more, while living & eating healthy.
Having finished her undergraduate degree in Art History at Carleton University, Kayla worked in the commercial art gallery sector before returning to Algonquin College to study Architectural Technology. As a student, Kayla is learning the essentials of architectural design and building sciences. Her formal education provides her with technical skills, while her experience in customer service has given her the communication skills needed to provide excellent client care. Kayla works with Nancy Benson & Associates full time in the summer months, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the office, designing & delivering presentation material, and aiding in any other area where she may be needed. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys boxing, yoga, and spending time outdoors.

In recent years, because of Nancy's steadily growing sales and the needs of an office that is working with dozens of sellers and buyers at any given time, Nancy's team has grown and diversified in order to ensure outstanding service to our clients.
Nancy's team of associates includes marketing people, buyer representatives and administrative staff whose responsibilities include internet and social media marketing, uploading listings to the multiple listing system and arranging professional photographers and stagers to enhance the look of a home before it is placed on the market.

After finishing her university degree, Nancy began working for the federal government in Ottawa, designing exhibits and trade Fairs. At that point in her life, Nancy never imagined that she would use these business and people skills for her future career in real estate. With a background in urban planning, construction and renovation, her vast experience and knowledge has allowed her to assist clients in envisioning potential renovations in their future home. When it comes to visualizing, Nancy has always had a knack for helping clients see the potential in their new space, whether it is a condominium, apartment or older home in one of the established neighborhoods throughout the city.
