Dennis has worked in the commercial construction field for more than 30 years. Several of his projects can be seen around the greater Las Vegas community. From Napoli's and Funnel Cakes in the Town Square, to Austin Hardwood on Sunset and more, Dennis has left his mark with several recognizable construction projects.
He also has extensive experience with small restaurants, completing over 30 in the area. During those projects, Dennis became an expert in assisting clients in working with the health department and other issues that may arise during restaurant construction and renovation. Fred has been with Vegas Builders for more than 10 years, doing a combination of commercial and residential work. Today, he manages almost every residential project the firm works on, using a combination of great communication and problem-solving skills. Fred has a great eye for detail and his problem-solving skills are second to none. A proud member of the Vegas Builders team, Fred looks forward to working with clients who want to give their home a luxury touch.
Steve Cuff came to the Las Vegas area three decades ago as a project manager at a local hospital. During his time there, he managed the project for a six story in-patient care facility, as well as a complete emergency room remodel to meet JACHO standards. Not only did his team pass the JACHO inspection, but they were awarded best practices, qualifying Steve for a full "B" General License to do renovations in hotel rooms and high-rise condos.
In his more than 20 years in business, Steve has done mostly commercial work, as well as many residential projects including new construction, room additions and remodels. No matter the project, Steve always gets personally involved to make sure all work is completed in a timely manner with exceptional quality. Customer satisfaction and quality of work are his primary goals.
