The first thing you saw when you viewed this website was an image with our most important motto on it, WE>Me. Our coaches teach that to our players before anything else, because it is at upmost importance. Before we teach our players about any aspect of being a good football player, we must make sure that they develop a strong bond together. Our coaches and staff help to ensure that that the Vaughan family stays tight leaving no member behind, making sure the team comes before the player. These bonds developed here at Vaughan stay strong, as many players decide to come back and help the organization after their playing days at Vaughan are over. This not only serves as a testament to our outstanding coaches, getting players from all walks of life to buy in together, but also to the greatness of the players themselves.
