Our solutions are developed to work with products from ManageEngine, for example V-Technician that works with Service Desk Plus and V-Support that works with Support Center Plus. All you need is Outlook and once installed you can combine both systems... Unfortunately our environment was hit by brute force attack and our servers got infected by Crypto and we have been a couple of months recovering do to the fact that we did not have backups of our files not to help matters COVID made recovery nearly impossible. Things are looking better and things are starting to roll again. but it will take some time for us to catch up on support emails but we are getting there...
