Amy Sliker

Amy Sliker has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently Director of Property Operations where she manages property management, lease administration, collections and is the risk manager for assets within the Wheeler portfolio and for third party clients. Amy provides oversight in the delivery of asset services, as well as support Wheeler's real estate professionals with a focus on continuously strengthening the property operations platform. Her strength lies in her ability to drive results and improve efficiencies. She previously served as the Director of Lease Administration and Risk Management. Prior to joining Wheeler, Amy ran day-to-day operations of a mixed use public - private development, managing property management, facilities, maintenance and security teams. Additional previous industry experience includes Regional Director of Property Management. Amy holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certifications currently.

Angelica A. Beltran

Angelica Beltran joined Wheeler in 2001, and currently serves as Principal Broker for Wheeler Real Estate, LLC & Wheeler Real Estate Company, and as the Vice President of Project Management & Corporate Secretary for Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust (WHLR). She has over eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate primarily with leasing and developing grocery-anchored shopping centers and retail strip centers. She co-manages the leasing team and is responsible for the lease documentation and marketing for Wheeler's portfolio. Additionally, she oversees the company's real estate licensees and third-party client relations. Angelica's in-depth transaction experience with properties owned by Wheeler and by multiple third-party clients includes millions of square feet of independent and national tenants such as Starbucks, Food Lion, TJ Maxx, Verizon, Jenny Craig, Fresenius Medical, Papa Johns, Sentara Medical, Family Dollar, Anytime Fitness, Jimmy Johns and the like. Angelica is licensed as a real estate broker in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and served on the Virginia ICSC Next Generation Planning Committee. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Old Dominion University where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Business Administration.

Denbeigh L. Marchant

Denbeigh L. Marchant joined Wheeler in June 2008 and is responsible for leasing a large portfolio of grocery anchored shopping centers throughout Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia, as well as, land development and redevelopment projects. Denbeigh also specializes in third party Landlord and Tenant Representation throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Denbeigh is based out of the corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Denbeigh's retailer transaction experience includes: Winn-Dixie, Bi-Lo, Save-A-Lot, West Marine, Harbor Freight Tools, Farmer's Furniture, Northern Tool, Stein Mart, Shoe Show, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Snap Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Cricket Wireless, First Virginia, Sushi King, Buddy's Home Furnishings, Fresenius Medical Care, Bon Secours, Firehouse Subs, Subway, Shoe Show, Papa John's, and Little Caesar's as well as working with retailers local to their area. Kevin Conway, Sr.

In 2020, Kevin Conway joined the WHLR team as a Senior Leasing Associate. Based in Charlotte, NC, Kevin is primarily responsible for leasing a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia all while handling land redevelopment projects. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a concentration on grocery-anchored retail, Kevin manages over 1.6 million square feet of gross leasable area including national tenants such as T-Mobile, UPS, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Subway, H&R Block, Anytime Fitness, Domino's Pizza, Jackson Hewitt, State Farm, and Dollar Tree to name a few. Kevin also holds a membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Graduating from Xavier University, located in Cincinnati, OH, Kevin earned his B.A. in Communications. With Kevin's large continual transactional volume, he has been honored the CoStar Power Broker Award several years in a row. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with this two sons, playing tennis and of course, yelling "fore" out on the golf course.

M. Andrew Franklin - CEO

M. Andrew Franklin has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Chief Operating Officer since 2018 where he oversaw the acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, property management and lease administration departments for the portfolio with additional responsibilities include the management of all property level debt and financing. Prior to joining Wheeler, Andrew was a Partner with Broad Reach Retail Partners where he ran day-to-day operations of the company, managing the leasing team as well as overseeing the asset, property and construction management of the portfolio. Additional previous industry experience includes serving as an Acquisitions Officer in the Midwest for Phillips Edison and Company, Principal at PPM Consulting, a boutique Asset Management and Brokerage Company in Maryland. He began his career at The Holladay Corporation, a mix-use development company in Washington, DC. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Madonna McAdam, Sr.

Before coming to WHLR, Madonna resided in Southern California where she was born and raised. She has been a commercial property manager for over 17 years and has managed shopping centers for over 10 of them. Madonna now manages 18 of WHLR's properties and is eager to bring her industry expertise and knowledge to helping each shopping center and tenant within!

Raymond V. Hicks

Specializing in landlord representation, Raymond is responsible for leasing a portfolio of grocery anchored shopping centers in Virginia, Kentucky, New Jersey, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida. Totaling over 1.7 million square feet of gross leasable area, Raymond's shopping center portfolio includes national tenants such as Kroger, Food Lion, Dollar Tree, KJ's, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Tractor Supply, Ross and Michael's. As a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and North Carolina, Raymond is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving on the Virginia Idea Exchange Planning Committee. Graduating from James Madison University, Raymond earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management coupled with a minor in Business Administration. As a result of his consistent transactional volume in commercial real estate deals, Raymond has been honored the CoStar Power Broker Award multiple years in a row and in almost every one of his territories. Victoria H. Browne

Joining the WHLR team in 2021, Victoria came to us with over 8 years of marketing experience. Having a property management, construction, and financial background, she now leads our marketing department while also assisting in our leasing efforts. Responsible for marketing our entire portfolio while also specializing in tenant and prospective communications, Victoria also manages our industry and corporate social presence. Victoria's background includes several marketing department and development start-ups and now includes the corporate brand consistency and maintenance of WHLR. Graduating from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, she earned multiple honors designations and graduated as the 2nd top Marketing student in 2014. Awarded as Hampton Roads' Young Professional of the Year through the Associated Builders and Contractors in October of 2019 for her community engagement, industry dedication and hard work, she also sat on multiple committees and Boards including, but not limited to, the Chesapeake division of the Chamber of Commerce and its Executive Committee. Also participating with Chesapeake Public Schools, Victoria actively participated as a community leadership collaborative panelist and organized a corporate partnership with Chesapeake Public Schools, creating her exponentially large experience with our direct community. Outside of work, you can find Victoria hanging out with her loyal companion, Ruger, her two-year-old French bulldog. Oui, oui.
