Often being the initial contact for customers, Brooke utilises the excellent customer service skills she has honed over the years working as a Hotel Manager and various roles in the tourism industry to gracefully assist all customers.
Charmaine has recently joined the dynamic team at Win Projects, Hervey Bay and is ready to assist you in finding the perfect off plan residence or freehold land!
With years of experience in the sales industry, Charmaine has a passion for helping people and loves working with them to secure their dream home.
In early 2017, Charmaine decided to take her already successful retail sales career in a new direction and pursue her love of sales in Real Estate. In this arena, she excelled by delivering outstanding service, prompt and honest communication and constantly exceeding client expectations.
Charmaine is known for her bubbly personality, professional approach, and unwavering commitment to her clients. A resident of Hervey Bay for over 40 years, Glen commenced his agency career in 1990 with LJ Hooker Marketing, where he specialized in all areas of new property sales, leasing and development. Glen was also owner of Century 21 Project Marketing QLD from 2000-2007, building this agency up from the start. From 2007 Glen focused on development with a wholesale property trust. Glen established Win Projects (which was previously traded as Knight Frank Fraser Coast) in February 2010 to the present day.
Glen's major strengths are his local knowledge and expertise in the Fraser Coast property marketing together with his negotiating skills. As a resident of Hervey Bay, Glen has a vast knowledge of the industry through his work history which has included the building industry, real estate, development and project management. Over recent years Glen has specialized in commercial sales and leasing and development projects, while also working on larger specialized marketing programs.
Glen is also president of the Fraser Coast Property Industry Association for the last 3 years which is the peak body locally for property developments.
Glen's knowledge is second to none in the Wide Bay/Fraser Coast regions and he has a proven track record.

John has been a familiar face in the local Hervey Bay business community for the last 19 years, both through his work in Real Estate, as well as being part of local community organisations including the Chamber of Commerce and the Fraser Coast Anglican College Board.
John has been in project marketing and commercial real estate for over 16 years and with the Win Projects Group for the past 14, years having had great success in local Commercial, Residential Sales, Project Marketing and Leasing with many multi-million dollar sales.
Currently John specialises in major residential land developments where he is successfully project marketing a number of high profile residential estates including The Springs and Indigo Blue. Other Estates have included Ocean Blue and Kingfisher Gardens which have now completely sold out.
John also has a strong background in commercial property sales and leasing and provides sales and leasing services to a portfolio of national companies. John's selling experience and ability to close deals is second to none. Born and bred on a dairy farm in Victoria, John has enjoyed the enviable lifestyle of Hervey Bay for the past 20 years. He has an affable, down to earth personality and is a great negotiator.
Rose spent her early life in Hervey Bay and has strong ties to the area. After relocating to Brisbane in 1993 to build her career, she moved back to Hervey Bay in 2013 and joined the Win Projects team.
Since this time, Rose has filled many roles with the Win Group including Office Manager, Project Manager and currently Chief Financial Officer. This role sees her overseeing the Finance and Human Resources functions across the Win Group.
Rose holds an MBA in Professional Accounting and her background covers all aspects of Corporate Services including administration, finance, corporate governance, contracts and human resources. Rose has experience across a variety of industries including Information Technology, Engineering. Legal, Construction, Property Development and Real Estate.

With a background in banking, finance and retail, Vanessa knows that customer service is everything and likes to treat others as she likes to be treated. She is highly organised and passionate about her role. Always going above and beyond and is pro-active in implementing more efficient methods to streamline processing.
