Andrew Grayson - CFO

Andrew has over 20 years of finance experience working for professional service businesses in Australia and the United Kingdom, including Regis Aged Care, Skilled Group and KPMG. Joining in March 2020, Andrew is responsible for leading the broader finance team in supporting the business to deliver the best experience for our clients. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Antonia Albanese - CEO

Antonia has extensive experience in senior roles across disability, health and financial services, and brings significant commercial acumen to the role of CEO. ​ Antonia ran Markets and Sector Development at the NDIA, working closely with the sector on pricing regulation and key policies impacting providers and participants in the market. Antonia is passionate about ensuring that the services we provide are reflective of the wants, needs and expectations of our customers.​

Cameron Hare

Cameron has been in the aged care industry for over 11 years in various Operational and Customer Strategy Roles, as well as previously working as a practitioner and manager in private Allied Health clinics. Cameron was Operations manager for Transform Physio for 9 years when purchased by Zenitas Health and transitioned into the Customer Experience and Strategy Role with the Plena team in March 2020. Cameron has a demonstrated history of working in process improvement, efficiency and sales in the health, wellness and fitness industry and is skilled in Business Planning and Strategy, Coaching, People Management and Development of internal professionals.

Graeme Johnston

Graeme graduated as a physiotherapist in the UK in 2008 where he worked for the NHS for 4 years before moving over to Australia. He initially started in Adelaide working in a private practice, after 18 months he joined Workxtra to do a mix or private practice and aged care as well as develop his leadership skills. After 6 months he was offered the opportunity to grow the Workxtra business in Victoria where he continued to work in leadership positions for Workxtra for the next 5 years. Joined Zenitas through the acquisition of Workxtra in 2019, where he took on the role of National Modality Manager Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Through recent changes, he is now the GM Allied Health and based in Brisbane. Outside of work Graeme spends his time with his family and two children. Socially he enjoys spending time with his family visiting local attractions ad playing golf and tennis.

Jonathan Lim

Jonathan is the Managing Partner of Liverpool Partners. He has extensive experience as both an investor and adviser across sectors in private equity, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and operational management.

Olivia Barnhurst

Olivia began her carer as an Occupational Therapist working within various healthcare settings including subacute specialist rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, complex medico legal consultancy, community healthcare and aged care. Olivia has since worked in senior leadership roles within the community, disability and aged care environments having a strong focus on fostering and facilitating innovative clinical service delivery and ongoing improvement initiatives in line with the industry strategic road map. Since joining Xtra AgedCare in 2015, Olivia has held senior leadership roles within both Xtra and Plena. She has effectively led teams through rapid growth and operational and service transformation initiatives whilst being heavily committed to deliver the best allied health outcomes for older Australians and people living with a disability. Olivia is actively involved in her local fitness community and enjoys spending time with her family and two young children.

Richard Fox

Richard started his career as a Podiatrist, and has operated across public and private sectors in England, Singapore and Australia; gaining extensive experience in both clinical excellence and operational management. Having developed a passion for leadership, he excels in supporting people to achieve their potential and enjoys the benefits this brings to a united team. Outside of work Richard is kept busy staying active with his 2 young boys and enjoys spending every opportunity they can at the beach.

Richard Waters

Richard Waters is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. He is responsible for operations of investee companies within the portfolio. Prior to joining Adamantem Capital, Rick was an Executive Director at Macquarie Group where he was Head of both the Business Services (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Payment Operations) and Services Management (Corporate Operations Operating Risk, Business Resilience, Enterprise Data, Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Change) Divisions. He was previously Head of the Business Improvement and Strategy Division. Rick was a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Rob Koczkar

Rob Koczkar is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. His experience spans private equity investing, public company governance, strategy consulting, philanthropy, and social impact investing. Prior to establishing Adamantem Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of Social Ventures Australia, a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners, and a Principal with Texas Pacific Group.

Tenille Bilsborow - COO

Tenille Douglas started her career in banking in Adelaide before moving to the UK, where she worked in finance for two years. She returned home to complete her CPA and since has worked in several industries, including IT, telecommunications and radio, where she developed a comprehensive experience and passion for working for start-up business. Tenille focuses on business process improvements and efficiencies, and she enjoys building relationships both within her team and across business units. Tenille was the Head of Finance for Xtra AgedCare, joining the Xtra business in 2011 to assist launching the Aged Care arm of the company, where she was integral in the company's rapid and sustained growth. She then transitioned into the Commercial Manager role at Zenitas and has recently held the General Manager of Operations role at Plena Healthcare.
