Daniel recently serviced our Lift Shop lift. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns and was able to rectify the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond by changing a flat tyre for me after noticing it. He has always been extremely polite and well-mannered, a wonderful employee and a great asset to Lift Shop.
Kris Lynn was absolutely brilliant to work with, and his knowledge and expertise helped in a major problem. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Without him, Liftshop would struggle in Western Australia.
Kris Lynn has serviced our lift for several years. He arrives on time, very professional & at the same time friendly. The lift has been well maintained and trouble free.
Kris has been doing the regular services on our lift for about 5 years and I can honestly say I look forward to his visits. He has been very diligent in trying to sort out a persistent clunking noise which has been present ever since the lift was first installed. He has been very patient and methodical in trying different ideas to fix the problem. And I'm very pleased to say that it looks like he has now found the fundamental cause which was a relatively minor error made more than 10 years ago in the initial installation of our lift.
It's about time to write a review for lift shop and it's excellent service. Kris Lynn has been maintaining our lift for many years. I can't recommend Kris highly enough for his dedication and work ethics. He is always friendly and polite.
Our CEO, Les Katz (B.Bus. CPA) left an accounting career at Price Waterhouse at age 25 to take a job as Operations Manager at the Multi-National, Schindler Lifts in Sydney. As a commercial lift company, Schindler sold to building specialists like architects, builders, and engineering consultants.
Les and a small crew of 3 started a company installing commercial and access lifts. Houses were $120,000 and lifts were $120,000. The home lift market did not exist.
