BYWATER HERRING - Key Persons
Karen is the lifeblood of Bywater Herring and you will probably meet her before you meet anyone else. Karen started in the property business with Abbey National (which gives away how long she's been in the industry!) Karen has a grown up family (she's Sarah's Mum) and a husband who needs her to be successful so he can give up work. She's involved with IGrow (Irthlingborough Events) and uses her management expertise to help benefit the community all year round. She's a massive Chelsea supporter - but then you can't have everything!

- Lettings & Maintenance Manager
Sarah is our Lettings Manager Extraordinaire, building relationships between landlords, tenants and tradespeople. She draws on her customer service experience and keeps everyone on their toes. Great deals for landlords, attention to detail for tenants and efficient management for tradespeople. Sarah has been known to jump out of areoplanes but that wasn't anything to do with her work, on the other hand the wild swimming could have been. She is another Chelsea supporter so she needs to be brave.
Sue concentrates mainly on offering financial advice to buyers, sellers and landlords being the founder of Blue Moon Mortgages. Sue began in the industry with Allied Dunbar too many years ago than she can remember (but that might just be memory issues). As a born and bred Yorkshire lass, she's got short arms and long pockets, but she'll always find you the best mortgage deal. Sue has a grown up family (her daughter, Rachel, works in the same office with Blue Moon) and the office dog, a yappy Chorkie (Chihuahua cross Yorkshire Terrier) called Reggie. She's the secretary of IGrow (Irthlingborough Events) and is a great believer in paying it forward.
