Adrian Dallison

Adrian supports Towerview Care and Wyck Hill House with real estate and project co-ordination matters. Prior to that, he had worked as group real estate and development director at Priory Group for thirteen years, and before then in CFO, finance director, commercial director, and company secretarial roles in leisure, technology, and property sectors within a mix of private equity-funded and listed companies with operations in the UK and continental Europe. After graduating in law, he qualified as a chartered accountant with what is now PWC, focusing upon business restructuring and recovery before moving into commerce.

David Jolly

David leads new transaction work and supports operational improvements at portfolio companies. He worked on the acquisitions of Rileys, Trinity, and Towerview, as well as the exits of BHT Group and Boxclever. He also worked on the bolt-on acquisitions to Towerview of Asquith Hall, Pennine Lodge, Loxley Court, and Smithy Bridge and to Trinity of Affas and Insignia. David is a member of the Investment Committee and sits on the boards of Trinity and Towerview. Before joining WPC in 2011, David worked in the private investments team of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in Toronto, and on operational change projects at Credit Suisse in London. David has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Canada, and an MSc in Finance and Private Equity with distinction from the London School of Economics.

Dino Moraitis

Dino joined WPC in 2019 and leads buy and sell-side transactions and supports operational improvements at portfolio companies. Prior to joining WPC, Dino founded Munchachos, a purpose driven children's curiosity snack brand. Dino has worked closely with and continues to advise a number of growth companies, particularly in the consumer and leisure sectors. Dino spent the first four years of his career in JP Morgan's investment bank, including in the diversified industrials advisory team in London and a year in the Middle East advisory team in Dubai. Dino has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick.

Gail Jermyn

Gail joined WPC in 2017 and focuses on investor relations and fundraising. Prior to joining WPC she worked in investor relations at Colony Capital, a real estate private equity fund manager, focusing on expanding relationships with European investors. Before that she joined the investor relations team at BC Partners to raise their ninth fund and was involved in all aspects of the fundraise. Previously she worked for MVision Private Equity Advisers and Atlantic-Pacific Capital, both placement agents. Here she was involved in a number of different fundraises across a diverse spectrum of geographies and industries. Gail holds a BA in French and Spanish from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Guy Eccles

Guy is helping WPC as a high-performing organisation and advising on people-related matters in portfolio companies and prospective investments. Guy has worked in senior HR business roles for over 25 years. His most recent organisational roles were as interim group HR director of Howden's Joinery, HR director of B&Q, and HR director of Screwfix. He has worked extensively in the consumer and utility sectors with experience in the UK, Europe, and Asia. Since 2015 Guy has provided HR consultancy support to numerous privately-owned and publicly-owned companies across a range of sectors including retail, healthcare and hospitality. Guy holds a BA (Hons) history degree from Manchester University and an MA in management learning from Lancaster University. He is a professionally trained executive coach and has professional leadership qualifications from INSEAD and Templeton College (Oxford University).

Jim Weight - CEO

Jim founded WPC in 2009. He leads the investment team and chairs the Investment Committee. He also serves as chairman of Trinity and Towerview.

Rachel Kenny

Job Titles:
  • Finance Manager
Rachel joined WPC in 2019 as finance manager. Before WPC, Rachel spent four years at Foresight Group LLP as an asset manager in their infrastructure team, where she qualified as a chartered management accountant. Prior to this, she began accountancy working at Xchanging Limited in their group finance function. Rachel graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and the London School of Economics with an MSc in International Relations.

Vicki McDonnell

Vicki joined WPC in 2017 as financial controller. Before WPC, Vicki spent ten years at Intermediate Capital Group Plc leading the financing reporting team and subsequently the financial planning and analysis team. She also has three years' experience in the insurance sector at Aviva and Old Mutual. Vicki is a chartered accountant, qualifying with PricewaterhouseCoopers Banking and Finance division, specialising in private equity and brokerage. Vicki graduated from Warwick University with a BSc (Hons) in Economics.
