Carole is also an experienced non-executive director, Trustee and Chair. She currently sits on the Board of Advance, a charity that works with women who have experienced domestic abuse to be safe and take control of their lives, and women who have committed crime or are at risk of offending. She is also vice-Chair at the Fulham College Academy Trust.
Carole is Ageing Better's Chief Executive, leading our vision of creating a society where everyone enjoys later life.
Lin has had a distinguished career as a leader of large, complex operational and political organisations - including the Department for Transport and HM Revenue & Customs.

Daniel is currently Director of Finance & Commercial at the Royal British Legion, where he is responsible for a range of corporate services as well as finance and a £130m investment portfolio.
David oversees the development and delivery of impactful programmes of work across our priority goals in health, housing, work and communities.
Doug provides office management to the Ageing Better team and is the first point of contact for our organisation.
Ellie is responsible for the planning and delivery of Ageing Better's busy events schedule.
In addition to managing Ageing Better's events, Ellie provides support to the wider communications team, helping to create engaging content and influence others to bring about change. She manages contracts with event providers to support and deliver successful events that are part of Ageing Better's events programme.
Ellie has extensive event management experience. Previously, she has worked at universities and was responsible for Higher Education events; public and stakeholder engagement with academic research projects through public lectures, exhibitions and community events.
Geraldine provides consistent and legally compliant advice to everyone who works at Ageing Better and ensures the development of effective HR policies and processes.

Jemma joined Ageing Better in January 2017 and has held roles as Senior Programme Manager and Senior Innovation and Change Manager, where she led our work on stimulating innovation.
Jemma previously worked as Head of Research and Policy at Family Mosaic, a large London based housing association. In this role Jemma led on the organisation's ambitious research programme and was lead researcher on several major projects aimed at improving older tenants' health and wellbeing.
Joyce has over 20 years' financial experience, including working with organisations such as the London Ambulance Service, Neal's Yard Natural Remedies, Refugee Action and Beanstalk.

Lindsey is responsible for the leadership of the HR function, building on its foundations to ensure the best experience for the team.
She has 25 years' experience working in HR and across all sectors. Lindsey is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and worked for 18 years as an independent consultant and interim before joining Ageing Better in March 2021. Initially on a temporary part-time basis, her role has expanded and she is now permanent and full time.
Liz is a Partner in McKinsey & Company's London office. She leads the Firm's Alliances and Acquisitions, overseeing technology alliances with Amazon, Microsoft, Google and more.

Margaret is a Registered General Nurse with a Masters in Health Law. Her career spanned nursing and general management in the NHS - she was also Executive Director of a patient safety organisation.
As Media Manager, Neil is responsible for growing Ageing Better's profile and relationships across national, regional, trade and broadcast media.
