Alastair MacLeod

Alastair is a chartered surveyor but has spent most of his career in investment banking with stints at Barings Bank and Goldman Sachs. He specialises in investing in Far Eastern markets.

Alex Jerram

Alex has been operating in the prime central south west London sales market for many years and during that time has built up a wealth of experience allowing him to understand a property's true value, thereby ensuring the best prices for his clients and a smooth sales process for both sides. Alex is a member of the NAEA.

Chris Janson

Job Titles:
  • Member of the Hogarth
  • Senior Lettings & Sales Negotiator
Chris is an established member of the Hogarth team. Originally building up extensive experience with Marsh & Parsons and Savills, Chris has developed his career with Hogarth Estates and brings a premium service to his clients.

Ed Gormley

Job Titles:

His role at Hogarth Estates is to oversee the running of the business and ensure the service provided by the business in sales, lettings and property management is at a level expected of SW5's premier agent. Ed is a member of ARLA and NAEA.

Henry Baker

Henry is a recent recruit to the Hogarth team and works in the Lettings Department. Having also finished a Business Studies degree he is also in charge of our Social Media campaigns.

Lissy MacLeod

Job Titles:
  • Head of Lettings Progression
Lissy's role is to manage the renewal process for our clients, ensuring that this happens in a timely fashion so both our landlords and tenants have time to agree whether they want to renew their contracts and at a suitable rental price. If the tenant decides to leave the property Lissy makes sure the re-marketing process begins immediately so voids are minimised and the transition to a new tenant is seamless. She also ensures the numerous administrative requirements around a new and renewed tenancy are all dealt with appropriately.

Peter Graham

Job Titles:

Peter is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also owns Peter Graham Associates based in Scotland.

Sally Makepeace-Taylor

  • Accounts Manager
Sally runs the Accounting function of the business ensuring that our clients and suppliers are paid in a timely and accurate fashion. Sally is a very experienced property professional having worked in the sector for almost 20 years.

Skye Sweeney

Skye is the newest member of the team but brings great enthusiasm and energy to her role. She supports Chris in the letting of our client's properties and also provides valuable admin support to Lissy and the rest of the team.
