Aileen combines her extensive experience in distilling data into an insight-led, cohesive narrative with expert management of stakeholder networks, ensuring all deliverables reflect industry best practice.
With a background in economic research and analysis, Antonia combines deep technical research expertise with a passion for delivery.
Having previously served as Associate Research Director, she now focuses on planning and resource management, providing robust project management to our newest clients.
As a Senior Consultant with over 6 years of experience, Bhavna is passionate about providing insight that makes an impact, combining her cross-industry knowledge and academic background in research and Occupational Psychology to provide consultancy and insight for clients.
Bhavna has worked with clients to deliver a range of different solutions, including listening strategies, employee experience programmes and bottom-up strategy building. She has experience in a number of different research methodologies, such as online surveys, focus groups and online communities.

Chris strives for balancing fiscal discipline with the need to provide useful financial metrics for project analysis.
Since joining K&B as Finance Manager he's concentrated on updating controls, reporting and developing the processes for detailed client financial tracking and forecasting.
As a Principal Consultant with over nine years' experience, Christie leads on cross-sector engagement and culture programmes. She combines an academic background in occupational psychology, with a pragmatic understanding of research in practice.
Christie takes a consultative approach and is passionate about using data-driven insight to inform strategic decision-making, improve the employee experience and drive meaningful change.
Emily is particularly enthusiastic about bridging the gap between research and practice and working with senior stakeholders to empower evidence-based action. She works primarily with multi-national clients in the financial services and mining sectors, and has supported the likes of TSB, Insight Investment and Anglo American with their colleague listening.
Before joining Karian and Box, Emily spent 7 years in a variety of HR roles. Most recently, Emily led on People strategy at Tesco where she developed global HR, Diversity and Inclusion and employee listening strategies.
Gavin has been with Karian and Box for over 10 years, working in a number of senior positions and playing a key role in our evolution as a business.
He now leads our Operations team, overseeing project delivery, digital development, finance, IT and HR.
He also acts as a trusted advisor for clients in the use of insight strategies to inform leadership decision-making, having previously been our Insight Director overseeing all research activity.
As Founder and CEO of Karian and Box, Ghassan drives the business forward strategically, while working closely with C-suite and senior leaders across the breadth of our client base, helping to shape organisational change.
Prior to establishing Karian and Box in 2006, he spent 10 years in-house, serving as Director of Internal Communication for British Gas, ICI plc and Rolls-Royce plc.
As a Principal Consultant with over eight years' experience in the employee engagement and wellbeing space, Jack leads on engagement, wellbeing and culture research for a number of our clients across multiple sectors.
Jack has a passion for creating work environments that enable healthy, high performance; taking a data-driven approach to create meaningful change and working with clients to connect their employee experience efforts to their business strategy.
James is responsible for all Client Advisory activity at Karian and Box across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on financial services.
James joined Karian and Box in 2017, having previously been a client of ours as Global Head of Employee Insight at HSBC.
With longstanding experience of advising executive and non-executive boards on insight, strategy and change, James leads on C-suite consultancy and our culture and leadership diagnostic solutions.
Jenny has worked for Karian and Box for over 10 years, leading on core cultural engagement change programmes for some of our largest clients.
As a sharp strategic thinker, Jenny leverages her experience in driving the future development and growth of our business, as well as looking at developing our world-class, insight-led future client propositions.
John leads our delivery and resource management team.
With over a decade in senior portfolio, programme and project management roles - from blue chips to boutiques - he has also spent several years as a consultant in operations and project management.
John brings this breadth of experience to ensuring that our client projects run on time, on brief and on budget.
Josh combines his academic background in occupational psychology and experience in data analytics to specialise in providing consultancy and insight for his clients, such as BP International and Phoenix Group.
Josh is particularly enthusiastic about supporting leaders and organisations to develop healthy workplace cultures, in which everyone has a voice.

With a background in maths and education, Kathryn specialises in data analysis and reporting.
Having previously led many of our key research projects, she now heads up the Analysis and Reporting team - a world-class team of specialist advanced data analysts - helping to shape employee research solutions that impact leadership, culture and employee wellbeing.
With a background in retail analytics and consumer panel data insights for leading FMCG retailers, manufacturers and global consultancies, Lawrence has a specific interest in enabling and empowering front-line employees within manufacturing and retail sectors, and has recently led the likes of Diageo, Fortnum & Mason, and Standard Life Aberdeen to deliver more continuous listening surveys and provide consultative support on their new ways-of-working.
Paul leads on research and communication programmes for large organisations, using an insight-led, consultative approach and specialist expertise in strategic narrative development to help clients embed meaningful change.
Since joining Karian and Box in 2013, he has built sustained relationships with leading brands across a range of sectors, with a focus on financial services and energy.
A specialist in creative storytelling, Rebecca leads on the development and design of impactful engagement campaigns and insight programmes that enable organisations to generate sustainable behaviour change to drive business performance.
Since joining Karian and Box in 2015, she has built sustained relationships with clients including Anglo American, Burberry, Barclays and Direct Line Group.
