Jane Hyde-Walsh

Jane has worked for close to 23 years in the adult education sector and has provided training and professional development in management and leadership, business skills and education and training. She founded Aim Higher Training on an ethos of professionalism, integrity and honesty and is passionate about the core mission to help others develop personal and professional knowledge and skills through high quality training and development offers. She has successfully designed and delivered many different vocational qualifications, apprenticeships and bespoke training to over 2,500 students who have achieved great results which have enhanced their professional development and career prospects. Jane has had various senior management and leadership roles in several public and private organisations. As a long-standing member of the Chartered Management Institute she believes that effective training not only inspires the individual to perform better but also increases the productivity of any business. Living in Oxfordshire with her family, Jane enjoys reading, walking her dogs, socialising with friends, music and travelling.

Karen Holt

Karen Holt is a Director of Thame Management Limited and owner of KTH Learning and Development. A Training & Development professional, who can draw on over 25 years of experience. In her role as an Independent Consultant, Karen has worked on numerous projects for a variety of organisations, both large and small, across different sectors. Originally as a sales trainer, Karen specialised in communication skills with the added responsibility for developing trainers. Responsibilities include designing and writing extensive training materials for a European company, to helping managers with the ‘how' of learning and development. Karen has also gained experience in overseeing employability style courses and management development programmes. She has managed teams of trainers to develop high quality training courses. As an experienced manager, trainer and IQA she is consequently able to benchmark against national standards.

Sarah Everitt

Sarah has gained transferable skills while working in the travel industry and has fifteen years of experience with work based learning. She specialises in Business Administration, Customer Service, Management and Assessor training. Sarah lives in Hertfordshire and enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family.
