Alex Osiatynski is a former Headmaster who worked in senior and prep schools across the Midlands, East Anglia and in the Netherlands over a period of 20 years. Alex has been a panellist for the Teaching Regulation Agency and the Chairman of Finance for IAPS, the prep schools' membership organisation. Alex is an ISI schools inspector as well as working as an educational consultant.

Elisabeth Bailey is a specialist in the use of technology in education. She works for Microsoft as Chief Technology Officer for Education in Europe, Middle East & Africa having previously been a University Director of IT. She has a daughter who was previously a pupil at the Grammar School.

Steven Gasztowicz is a KC and a Deputy High Court Judge. His daughter was a pupil at the Grammar School and his son was a pupil at Stoneygate School. Steven is also Chairman of both the Nominations and Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
