My name is Alyssia Wilcox, Client Service Coordinator with Always Best Care. I have been in homecare non-medical and for VNA for almost 10 years ranging in all positions from a hands-on caregiver, on-call, scheduling, marketing, client sign-ups, and even human resources. I find great joy in being able to help clients and families navigate the transitions while remaining as independent as possible. When I am not at work, I spend my time with my boyfriend and our 3 young boys, all while renovating our new home. I am thrilled to be a part of the team here at Always Best Care.

My name is Aubrianna Scott and I am the Business Office Administrator for Always Best Care-Michiana. I started my career path as a personal banker almost 10 years ago. Utilizing the financial knowledge I've gained over the years, fast forward to 2019. I took a chance and transitioned into my passion of senior care services for almost 2 years now. I am very family oriented and enjoy helping out in my community. I love the day to day operations that come with this field as it changes everyday. I am very pleased to work with Always Best Care-Michiana and provide exceptional service to our staff as well as our community.
My name is Brittani Hoff and I am the R.N. Education Coordinator at Always Best Care Michiana. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University South Bend and am currently working towards obtaining my Master of Science in Nursing. I love my job and am passionate about helping our caregivers provide excellent evidence based care.
John, Wendy, and Danielle started this business as a result of their experience as a family with Home Care. As a family, we saw a real need to provide a trustworthy resource in the senior community. John ran and owned Service Oil Company for over 30 years, Wendy has been a caregiver her entire life, and Danielle has worked in the Adult and Children's protective service field for 8 years. This is a journey we wanted to take as a family, so we could offer families support, resources, and the compassionate care in their time of need. We are blessed to be in the senior community and to work alongside all of the great community senior resources.
My name is Patti Vandergrift and I am the Community Liaison for Always Best Care Michiana. I have worked in the healthcare field for several years. I most recently served as Director of Business Development for a Long Term Acute Care Hospital. I received my BS in Business Management from Bethel College and my Masters in Public Affairs with a Health Care Concentration from Indiana University. My hobbies include camping, traveling, scrapbooking, and going to the beach. One of my greatest joys is spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren.
My name is Sabine Richey and I have been working in the home care field for about 9 years now. I started as a caregiver to a private client, then joined an agency and became a Clients Care Coordinator within a year. I pride myself on being a positive voice and strong advocate for our clients and my co-workers. I know what it is like to jump back and forth daily to various clients while on overnight, weekends and on-call shifts. My door is always open for comments, suggestions, or concerns. I am a mother of 3. 2 are in College and 1 already graduated and lives in NYC. My husband and I are huge Notre Dame Fans. We all love to spoil our 13 year old Bishon Frise dog.

My Name is Sheila Wright, I am the Administrative Coordinator at Always Best Care. I have worked in Home Care for many years, I love that I am allowed to serve our Seniors and help them to a place of independence in their own homes. The conversations and joy that it brings to them and myself is priceless. Their libraries are filled with so much wisdom, understanding and simplicity. My husband and I are parents to 4 amazing grown children and grandparents to 4 young boys also, a few fur grand puppies. We enjoy time with our rescue pets Wolfgang and Sheba.
My name is Stacey Thompson, I am the Recruiter at Always Best Care. I have been working in the medical industry for about 8 years. It brings a big smile to my face when I find a great Caregiver to fulfill the needs of our clients and to watch them build lasting relationships. When I am not in the office, you can usually find me cheering on my daughter on a softball field or spending time my family and our two dogs. I am so very excited to be apart of the Always Best Care team and look forward to making a difference for our Caregivers and Clients.

My name is Stephanie Stevens, and I am a Client Service Coordinator at Always Best Care-Michiana. I have been in the Healthcare Field for several years now, both in a facility and HomeCare setting. It has been my pleasure to get to know and care for all my clients over the years. There is so much to be gained in caring for seniors, and there is no better feeling at the end of the day than knowing you helped people, and honestly made an impact on their life. I truly empathize and sympathize with clients that have lost their abilities to do things on their own they way they used to. It is that sympathy and that empathy that drives me to want to go above and beyond for my clients, and ensure them the best care possible: and I pride myself in doing so. Additionally, I am a mother of two very handsome men, a mother-in-law to my favorite daughter-in-law, and a "MiMi" to my precious granddaughter, Brayleigh. I also enjoy spending time with my miniature Schnauzer, PeeWee.
My Name is Stephenie Kramer, I am a scheduling Coordinator at Always Best Care. In-home care is where my heart is. I pride myself on making great client and care matches and making sure the needs of others meet. I have worked in-home care services since 2012 and some time working in a facility. Seeing how these two worlds collide, I'm happy to offer my experience and expertise. I am so ecstatic to give my skills to the ABC family and cannot wait to make a difference in the life of those we serve.
My name is Taysha Gipson and I am the Lead Scheduler at Always Best Care Michiana. I have been working in the medical field for over ten years. I began as a billing and patient financial services representative and eventually progressed to the office manager of a Federally Qualified Health Care Center. I have an Associate degree in Pre-law and Communication from Goshen College; and I am currently working towards obtaining my BS in Health Information Management from
Indiana Tech. I am excited to work for Always Best Care Michiana and appreciate the care and services that they provide for the Senior Citizen community. I am passionate about making a difference in the life of others and look forward to working with the clients and caregivers at Always Best Care Michiana.
