Bradley H. Feldmann has served as president and chief executive officer of Cubic Corporation since July 2014. Feldmann was appointed to the board of directors in May 2014. Previously, he served as the president and chief operating officer from January 2013 until assuming his current position, and as the president of the companies comprising the Cubic Defense Systems segment from 2008 through March 2013. Christopher E. Kubasik is Chief Executive Officer and President of L3 Technologies, a global aerospace and national security company with 2016 sales of $10.5 billion that employs approximately 38,000 people worldwide. Mr. Kubasik has more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry, having joined L3 as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015. In January 2018, he was named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the company's Board of Directors. Additionally, Mr. Kubasik served as the first Chairman of the L3 Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council, which promotes the company's inclusive culture and encourages active participation of all employees in advancing L3's business and performance. Phebe N. Novakovic became chairman and chief executive officer of General Dynamics on January 1, 2013. She was previously named the company's president and chief operating officer, and a member of the company's board of directors, in May 2012. Prior to her appointment as president and chief operating officer, Novakovic was executive vice president for the Marine Systems group, responsible for the performance of three General Dynamics companies: Bath Iron Works, Electric Boat and NASSCO. Previously, Novakovic had been senior vice president - Planning and Development since July 2005, where she was responsible for Government Relations, Communications, International, Investor Relations and Strategic Planning. She also has served as vice president - Strategic Planning, a position to which she was appointed in October 2002. Before joining General Dynamics, Novakovic served as the Special Assistant to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1997 to 2001. In that capacity, she was responsible for managing processes for all major U.S. Department of Defense budget and policy decisions for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense. Novakovic also worked for the Office of Management and Budget, where she served in a number of capacities, culminating in her selection as Deputy Associate Director for National Security where she was responsible for managing and submitting the President's budget for the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Agencies. From 1983 to 1986, she served as an operations officer for the Central Intelligence Agency. Novakovic began her career in 1979 as an analyst for the McLean Research Center where she performed operational analyses on Department of Defense weapon systems. Novakovic was elected to the board of directors of Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) in 2010. She serves on the boards of trustees of Northwestern University (Evanston, Ill.) and Ford's Theatre, and on the boards of directors for several charitable organizations, including the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and the National Military Family Association. She is also a member of the Council of Trustees for the Association of the United States Army. Novakovic received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1988; she completed her undergraduate studies at Smith College in 1979.

Roger A. Krone is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Leidos. Krone also previously served as chairman of the board of directors of the United Launch Alliance, a 50-50 joint venture between Boeing and Lockheed Martin that helps carry weather, telecommunications, and national security satellites to space and employs more rocket scientists than any other company in the world. Krone earned a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. A Six Sigma Green Belt, Krone is both a licensed commercial pilot and a certified public accountant. He is also a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society in the United Kingdom. Krone is a member of the Georgia Tech Foundation Board of Trustees, and a member of the board of WETA Public Television and Radio in Washington, D.C. He is a long-time supporter of the Urban League, and currently serves on the board of the Greater Washington chapter. Scott C. Donnelly is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Textron Inc. Donnelly joined Textron in July 2008 as executive vice president and chief operating officer and was promoted to president and chief operating officer in January 2009. He became CEO in December 2009 and was elected chairman of the board effective September 1, 2010. Donnelly was previously president and CEO for General Electric (GE) Aviation, the world's leading producer of large and small jet engines for commercial and military aircraft and a major provider of flight management, actuation and power management systems. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and director of GE Global Research, the world's largest and most diversified industrial research organization. Donnelly joined GE in 1989 as manager of Electronics Design Engineering for GE's Ocean Systems Division in Syracuse, NY. He went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles for the company, including engineering management positions with then-GE division of Martin Marietta in both Australia and the United States. In 1995, he moved to GE's Industrial Control Systems business, where he held various management positions. Recently he served as president and COO for the organization and was integral to its return to profitable growth. Tom Gentile was named president and chief executive officer of Spirit AeroSystems in August 2016 after joining the company in April 2016 as chief operating officer. Prior to Spirit, he served as president and chief operating officer of GE Capital, overseeing global operations, IT and capital planning. Before this role, Gentile was president and CEO of GE Healthcare Systems, a $14 billion diagnostic imaging business. He also served as president and CEO of GE Aviation Services, a $7 billion global enterprise providing maintenance, repair, and overhaul as well as spare parts to GE Aviation's global fleet of jet engines for commercial airlines. Gentile began his career at GE in 1998, holding a succession of leadership roles across GE Capital in the U.S., France and Australia. He has held numerous other leadership and strategy roles with McKinsey and Company, U.S. broadcaster CBS and General Motors. In addition, Gentile was previously chairman and continues to serve on the board of InSightec, a global leader in non-invasive image guided therapy. An active community member, Gentile serves on the executive committee of the Aerospace Industries Association and the governing board of the Greater Wichita Partnership. Gentile is a champion of Spirit's Good Neighbor Fund employee giving program and also serves as a Trustee of the ALS Finding a Cure organization. He previously served on the Greater Milwaukee Committee, as well as on the boards of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the United Way of Coastal Fairfield County, Connecticut.
