ALBIREO VINEYARDS

Albireo Vineyards is dedicated to producing wines exclusively from our Estate Vineyard in a natural manner using traditional techniques. We meticulously grow and make Bordeaux reds and Barbera, with Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot being three of our specialties... There are several ways to say it, but we prefer "al-bih-RAY-oh" since we are located in California and the Latin-influenced form seems proper... Because both of them had careers in astronomy and space science, which in fact is how they met. At an observatory, of course. Albireo became a fitting symbol of their relationship and subsequently their partnership. As is said, "The rest is in the stars."
