Javier Gamarra is responsible for the Bank's administration and review activities to insure proposed loans adhere to Bank policy and guidelines, ensuring that documentation is adequate to secure collateral and maintaining ongoing loan portfolio quality and profitability.
Gamarra's banking career spans over 40-years. He is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association (OBA) Commercial Lending School and obtained a Certificate in Loan Review from the Bank Administration Institute (BAI).
An Oklahoma State University (OSU) graduate, Gamarra holds a degree in Finance from the College of Business Administration.

Jody Manning is responsible for the daily management of AVB's loan services and plays an integral development role in the Bank's major strategic financial plans.
With a financial background as an auditor and a controller, Manning has over 28-years of experience in the financial industry.
Manning received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU).

John Walker is responsible for creating and piloting a digital strategy, which includes digital product design, development, and implementation, as well as, collaborating with digital partners, interpreting and analyzing customer experiences, feedback, and needs, and then synthesizing data into strategic initiatives to guide AVB forward digitally.
Walker has extensive experience in both financial digital product management and product development. His expertise is integral to AVB's digital transformation and the adoption of digital technologies across the organization.
An Oklahoma State University (OSU) graduate, Walker received his Bachelors of Science in broadcast journalism, before receiving his Master's in management information systems (MIS).
Kelley Rash serves as AVB Bank's Chairman of the Board, a role she assumed in 2001, and is the fourth generation of family leadership for the Bank.
With over 50-years of experience in the banking industry, Rash has learned the banking industry from the ground-up, serving in multiple roles.

Kelli Sowell has executive management responsibilities for the marketing, retail and treasury management functions of AVB Bank.
Sowell began her banking career in 1993. She is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association (OBA) Intermediate School of Banking, graduating with honors; OBA Leadership Academy; American Bankers Association (ABA) National Consumer Credit School; Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado; and ABA School of Bank Marketing (Atlanta, Georgia).
She is a proud graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow (LBA) and the Broken Arrow Citizens Police Academy. Today, Sowell serves as a Board of Director for Broken Arrow Neighbors (BAN). She is the BAN External Public Relations Committee Chair.
A 1991 honors graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU), Sowell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with minors in English and Psychology. She pursued master level classes in Mass Communication at SOSU and the University of Oklahoma (OU).

Randy Waldrup is primarily responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Bank.
Waldrup is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is involved in the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.
He is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow.
Holding a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian College, Waldrup earned a Masters of Business Administration from Central State University.
With over 30-years of banking experience, Cundiff has received many accolades throughout his career, including: being honored as a State of Oklahoma Financial Services Champion by the Small Business Administration (SBA); recognition by the Tulsa Regional Chamber as the CRYSTAL Star award winner for FAMILY OWNED Business (AVB Bank); and the Small Business Administration (SBA) acknowledged Cundiff and AVB Bank as a state award winner for FAMILY OWNED Business.
He is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa - Class 34, Leadership Broken Arrow - 2014 and Leadership Oklahoma - Class XXI.
An Oklahoma State University graduate, Cundiff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, with an emphasis in Management. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

Topper Causby is responsible for AVB's commercial and consumer lending functions and business development, including maintaining the bank's high standard for credit quality and growing the loan portfolio.
With over 30-years of banking experience, Causby is widely recognized in northeast Oklahoma for his impressive background in leading lending teams to achieve key objectives.
His civic-minded approach has allowed him to serve local communities in multiple capacities. Currently, he serves on the Creek County Public Facility Trust Authority Board, Central Tech Business Incubator Board and OK2Grow Board.
He is, also, a graduate of the Sapulpa Citizens Police Academy, Leadership Broken Arrow and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC).
An Oklahoma State University graduate, Causby holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Finance.
