Aaron has been working in Accounting/Finance field for over 18 years. He graduated from Cal State Fullerton with an Accounting degree in 2000. He has held management positions with Home Depot, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and was the Director of Finance for the Los Angeles Sparks (WNBA). He specializes in corporate tax, small business and sole proprietorship tax as well as monthly accounting/budgeting.

April Nguyen

April joined our team in 2019 as a Client Account Manager. She focuses on the daily administrative tasks and is responsible for client onboarding and all transactional needs associated with accounts. April graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Minor in Sociology. She enjoys traveling, camping, being outdoors and going to music events. In her spare time, April likes to do Peloton workouts and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Bradley "Buddy" Griffiths - Chief Compliance Officer

Bradley has worked in financial services since 2015 after working for Biola University for more than a decade teaching a variety of diverse subjects from economics to Platonic philosophy. He takes an instructional and research-driven approach to all of his duties and prioritizes improving the education of investment professionals and the investing public. As the Chief Compliance Officer for Chatterton & Associates, he is responsible for maintaining compliance with the regulatory requirements of the various states in which we conduct business, the SEC, and FINRA. He oversees internal and external firm audits and develops and monitors adherence to the firm's Code of Ethics. In addition to internal policies, procedures, and controls of client privacy and account transactions, he regularly conducts compliance and ethics training for the firm's advisers and employees. He received his bachelor's degree in biochemistry and master's degree in education from Biola University and his master's in business administration from the Quantic School of Business & Technology. His securities registrations include the 7, 66, 53, and 24. Bradley is a registered representative of, and offers securities through, Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC. Bradley lives in Whittier with his wife and a motley assortment of cats.

David Hilliard

David graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2001. He has been preparing returns in our office since 2009. David brings with him over 15 years of management and customer service experience along with a passion for defending taxpayer rights with a no-nonsense approach and representing clients in front of the IRS and other government agencies. He has held positions such as Education Chair and 2nd Vice President for the Orange County Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents (OCCSEA). Currently he is the President of OCCSEA and the education chair for the parent organization, California Society of Enrolled Agents. David is quickly establishing himself as a premier Tax Controversy Specialist in the state.

Eric Y. Oh

Eric Oh, CFP®, ChFC®, ChSNC® joined the Wealth Management Team, Inc in 2008. Eric firmly believes that part of being a CFP® is putting the client's interest above all. This is achieved by listening to the client's specific needs then devising a plan that designed to help them achieve long-term success. Client service is the key to client satisfaction, which is why he continuously strives to build long-lasting professional and personal relationships with his clients. Eric believes that a financial advisor's biggest responsibility is client education; the more we educate, the more productive the relationship becomes. Working with centers of influence, such as accountants and attorneys is also a high priority for Eric and his firm. His ultimate goal is to help the client's address their financial burdens and allow them to focus on more important things in life. Esther Gutierrez

Esther is in charge of Human Resources Administration. Her day to day focus is primarily on employee systems, regulations and managing QuickBooks. Esther ensures the safety of the all employees and assists with security measures within our building. She comes from an aerospace, manufacturing and logistics industries background and has helped many companies enhance their culture by helping to establish and improve HR efficiencies; complying with state and federal laws. Esther obtains her BS degree in Business Management from Cerritos Community College and Graduated from University of Phoenix. Outside of Chatterton & Associates, Esther loves to go on hikes and hang out with her husband, two girls and her little boy. Working hard, being present for her family and being open and honest are some of the values Esther brings to the Chatterton team. Life is complicated. It's nice to meet with someone who can give you some direction.

Ivy Cheng

Ivy has been working at Chatterton & Associates for over 5 years, focusing on creating client experience through meaningful visual communications. As a creative lead in Marketing, Ivy loves to communicate through shapes, colors, and sometime playful doodles to drive the creative process within the marketing team. You will often see Ivy at our Chatterton education and appreciation events, where she helped plan and bring the vision to life. Ivy graduated from UC Davis in 2015 with a B.A in Design and B.S in Managerial Economics. Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, she immigrated to Southern California with her family in 2004. Ivy now travels between Northern and Southern California to visit friends and family.

Janet Harrison

Justin Carr

Justin served in the U.S. Navy from 1992-1996. Shortly after returning home he began his journey into the Information Technology field. While he has worked closely with Scott Grandfield, taking care of our IT needs since 2009, he found his true passion for helping people in our office. As an Enrolled Agent, he works on many of our client's special projects. He treats every client's situation as a challenge to get the best results for them, to keep their hard-earned money, and help them pass on their legacy. He has recently been elected to the Board of Directors for the Orange County Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents.

Kristine Ornelas

As the Client Account Manager to Eric Oh, Kristine handles the daily administrative tasks for all of their clients. She strives to keep the office running in an organized and efficient manner. She worked at Chatterton and Associates throughout college years and recently celebrated her 10 year anniversary with the company in 2014. She currently resides in Montebello as a brand new homeowner.

Kyle P. Schneider

Kymberly Sinclair

As our Sr. Compliance Analyst, Kym works closely with our Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that our firm complies with all regulatory requirements. Kym has a background in compliance research and analytics, and works heavily on multiple projects for our firm. She spent several years in a few different industries, including Mortgage, Insurance, and Banking. Kym was born and raised in California and currently resides in Huntington Beach with her husband Jeff. In her free time, Kym loves spending time with her son Shane, gardening, cooking, and going wine tasting.

Lucy Ramirez

Lucy joined Chatterton & Associates in August of 2016. As our Director of First Impressions, Lucy is the first and last person our clients will see when they are in the office, leaving a warm and lasting impression. Additionally, Lucy has taken on the role of coordinating our employee appreciation events, which are held monthly on an internal basis. Lucy began her career in customer service and sales, working in an array of different industries. Outside of Chatterton & Associates, Lucy loves to travel, be with her family, and enjoy a great movie. She currently resides in Norwalk with her husband Vic, her children, and grandson.

Menna Eshete

Rachel Linn

We have a very distinct company in which we work with both a tax and estate planning team, allowing us to create a comprehensive financial plan. This allows us to look at your financial picture as whole. Teresa started her career with Chatterton & Associates in February of 2012. She graduated from The Cal Poly Pomona Business Program, emphasizing in Accounting. Since then, Teresa has worked closely with Rob Chatterton and his clientele, providing all transactional and general account support. She is also our operations officer, responsible for overseeing that transactions are delivered with the utmost quality for our clients' and their financial planning experience. Additionally, Teresa coordinates with our Estate and Tax Planning offices to ensure that our clients are receiving quality service pertinent to their overall plan.
