Brian Klaus joined the Surety team in 1994 as a marketing and sales representative. Charged with expanding Surety's customer base and market presence, Klaus was vital in establishing Surety's entry into the Affiliated Business and Joint Venture arena. After much continued success Klaus was welcomed as an official partner in 2003 and was promoted to the role of President the following year.
During the economic downturn of the Great Recession, Klaus successfully managed Surety and ultimately led the restructuring and repositioning of the company into a larger, more resilient and profitable company. Thanks to these efforts, Surety is better equipped to handle the ever changing needs of our customers and evolving markets.
Currently, Klaus is charged with developing Surety's long term growth strategies. He was instrumental in establishing and directing Surety's model of revenue and geographic diversity, thus enabling Surety to capitalize on our depth of experience and knowledge to service multiple markets and customer sectors.
Klaus is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics. He is involved in many local charitable organizations and coaching youth sports. One of his proudest accomplishments is, along with his Partners, establishing the Surety Charitable Foundation which contributes to numerous local and national charities and maintaining Surety as a responsible Corporate Citizen.

Caroline Raimondi joined the Surety Coastal Team as a Business Executive to help bring even more top quality service to the Surety client experience. She brings with her nearly a decade of experience in the title industry, working all aspects of the deal from the back end. Prior to entering the world of title, Caroline spent many years in the banking field, arming her with added knowledge of the world of real estate and finance. Having successfully brought hundreds of transactions to close, Caroline's expertise in the field makes her an asset to the team and any real estate professional that has the pleasure of working with her.
Caroline is a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore and knows (and loves) all the ins and outs of Monmouth and Ocean County. When she's not hard at work getting your deal to the closing table, she loves to be at the beach, spend time with her daughter or take long walks with her dog. As a mom and an animal lover, Caroline has a solid understanding of the importance of being patient and kind while keeping a strength and sense of urgency when needed. She brings a warmness to her role that makes any client feel instantly at ease.

Chris has over 15yrs+ in the title industry. His expertise is in the 2 nd home, residential shore market where he manages two Surety offices in Cape May County (Ocean City & Wildwood Crest). Chris also handles a large amount of commercial clients in both NJ & PA. Because he is a notary of public in both NJ & PA this allows him the ability to conduct most of his commercial transactions. His customers get a great sense of customer service and satisfaction to know he will be at the closing table.

His approach to sales and marketing has been innovative, always exemplifying a true entrepreneurial spirit and a high service ethic. The Company, under his direction, grew from its infancy to be recognized as on the of the premier settlement service providers in the Northeast. Surety has maintained a consistent reputation for exuding a professional image, strong integrity and developing a well-trained and enthusiastic staff. Rush is proud to have mentored or trained many of the leaders that successfully operate in the title industry.
Rush has transitioned ownership of Surety to his hand-picked successor. Brian Klaus serves as President of the Company and continues to help guide Surety through this highly regulated environment developing new sources of revenue and more efficient ways to service our customers. Diane has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a real estate agent, selling residential and commercial properties. She then worked in property management and mortgage lending. Diane enjoyed a career as a freelance title closer while raising four children. She made her full-time return to the industry 25 years ago as a Title Insurance Sales Executive. Diane served as 2006 Sales & Marketing Council President for the Builders League of South Jersey and in 2010 served on the Board of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Diane is currently an affiliate member of the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Co-President of South Jersey Women in Business, and a member of Impact100 of South Jersey. She is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Committee of Maternity Care Coalition (MCC). Diane has a strong interest in breast cancer awareness and leukemia fundraising.
Her diverse real estate background serves her and her clients well in the dynamic ever-changing real estate field, and her expertise in assisting her clients in growing their business model has taken her to her current position of Director of Strategic Development
Diane joined Surety Title Company LLC in June of 2011 in her current position as a Sales Executive. Surety Title is headquartered in Marlton, NJ with thirteen offices in the state of NJ, two offices in Pennsylvania as well as a national division based in Marlton providing title and closing services nationwide.

Joe Ryan covers Southeastern Pennsylvania and all of New Jersey for Surety Title. He started working in the title business at the age of 14 as the Ryan family has a strong history of serving Title in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area. A known adventure-seeker, Joe spent 7 years as a professional touring musician before eventually returning home to pursue a career in the Title industry.
He has been with Surety Title since 2016. Joe takes pride in the fact that he's performed just about every duty within a title office and is able to assist his clients in every area of the process. During his free time, Joe can often be seen at Philadelphia sporting events, local concert venues watching/performing live music, or wake surfing at the Jersey shore.
