Cinco Ranch Behavioral Health was founded by Dr. Phaetra K. Raney, Ed.D, LCSW. Dr. Phaetra K. Raney, Chief Executive Officer, is a proud graduate of University of St. Thomas Houston, Texas. She received her doctoral degree from University of St. Thomas with a major in Ethical Leadership. Dr. Raney completed graduate studies at Grambling State University receiving a Master's Degree in Social Work. Her undergraduate studies were also completed at Grambling State University with a major in social work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Texas and Louisiana. Dr. Raney is also a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor - I. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, American Psychological Association, and Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated...
