Regarding gluten-free, we use buckwheat & not a lot else in our savoury galettes. The buckwheat batter is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free & vegan. We also use it for our vegan & gluten-free sweet crepes. However, if you are Celiac, it must be noted we are not a gluten-free kitchen and our equipment is used for both the gluten and gluten-free batter. However, we've successfully served many celiacs since opening our doors and we do our uttermost to accommodate by steaming the crepe stations & thoroughly washing the utensils prior to making the order... Passionate about plant-based is at the very heart of Creperie Club. We'd like to bridge the gap between a traditional and a vegan establishment. Our menu offers an abundance of vegan options. Our dessert menu is 90% vegan & & our savoury menu is 80% vegan. We believe the future is plant-based, or in the very least, we believe in reducing our animal intake.
