- Sales Executive for CrossDock
Herman is the Sales Executive for CrossDock, responsible for creating and maintaining new business relationships with clients and vendors and sourcing new product lines. He also oversees marketing and promotions forCrossDock and assists with maintenance in our crate manufacturing factory.
Herman spent the first ten years of his career in retail as a general manager. Herman then transitioned to working as a sales engineer for a leading pneumatics/automation manufacturer. Eventually, his passion led him to become a sales coordinator in the Hydraulics field.
Outside of work, Herman enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hiking, and completing home renovations.

- Assembly & Testing Supervisor
Isidro is CrossDock's Assembly and Testing Supervisor. His day-to-day consists of building and testing industrial and high pressure hydraulic hoses, pulling orders and making deliveries.
Isidro is a retired Army Staff Sergeant. He also has experience working as an oilfield hose tech, making inside sales and supervising warehouse operations.
When he's not working, you can often find Isidro creating art or spending time with his two grandkids.

As CrossDock's Director of Supply Chain, Jim handles quotes, makes purchase orders, sources parts, handles freight, and receives and ships orders.
Jim has years of experience in the drilling industry, building rigs and running operations. His in-depth knowledge of the oil & gas supply chain and procurement industry helps CrossDock Supply operate at the highest quality and efficiency level.
In his spare time, Jim liked to spend time with his beloved dog, Bear. He also likes the outdoors- enjoying wildlife, hunting, and fishing. On the weekends, he can be found at his ranch, fixing fences and barbecuing.
Keith is the Director of Operations for CrossDock Supply. He's in charge of overseeing our Midland branch's daily operations, including processing orders and quotes, supervising employees, managing inventory, and setting up new vendors and sales.
Keith began his career in the supply industry as a driver. Over the past 25 years, he has held positions as a warehouseman, inside sales, account manager, operations manager, branch manager, and director of operations at several different esteemed companies.
Keith enjoys spending time with his parents and daughters outside of work and is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Kevin is the Financial Controller for CrossDock Supply. He manages all of the company's transactions, from control accounts to general operational finance.
Kevin has over six years of experience as a financial controller, overseeing financial functions including accounting, auditing, treasury, and managing board relations. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in finance and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2014.
When he isn't working, you can find Kevin hunting, fishing, watching Texas AggieFootball, cooking in his Big Green Egg, and spending time with his wife and his two kids.

Lazaro is the Managing Director of CrossDock Supply Mexico. He directs and guides all business operations within the country, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, leading local expansion, and branding the company nationwide.
As a marine engineer with over 20 years of experience in the offshore industry, Lazaro has extensive experience directing business operations. He has worked in various market areas during his career, including marine operations, maritime services, and supply chain operations. He has held positions such as Chief Engineer, Operations Superintendent, Port Engineer, Class Surveyor, Offshore Project Manager, and Country Manager for several renowned companies.
Outside of work, Lazaro enjoys spending time with his family and visiting his family's farm located in a small town in Veracruz, Mexico. He is also an avid photographer, specializing in landscapes and animal photography.

Manuel is the Corporate Advisor for CrossDock Supply Mexico. In this position, he oversees all legal matters in Mexico, including business agreements and regulatory compliance issues.
Manuel has extensive experience in providing expert and strategic legal advice to businesses throughout the oil & gas and offshore industries. Manuel came to CrossDock Mexico after working for various law firms in Spain and Mexico, where he led business development projects as a corporate lawyer. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for corporate functions and preventing legal contingencies through sophisticated schemes, including assemblies, statutory audit, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Manuel obtained a law degree and a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from Universidad Complutense in Madrid. Upon his move to Mexico, he simultaneously built his law career and earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Law. During this time, Manuel acquired a solid knowledge base of all kinds of situations that affect companies from their birth to liquidation. In 2018, he began his career in the maritime working with Gulf Marine Contractors.
Manuel's greatest passion outside of law and study is rugby, which he has played rugby since he was 16. Manuel also enjoys other contact sports, such as mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiujitsu, and boxing.

Patrick is CrossDock's Director of South Africa Operations. Based out of Cape Town, South Africa, he is responsible for growing CrossDock's business footprint in Africa.
Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry.During his career, Patrick has completed onshore and offshore projects in countries worldwide, including Italy, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Botswana, and the Bahamas. He holds a degree in Business Management from Cape PeninsulaUniversity of Technology.
When he's not working, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. In addition, he and his wife own and operate a daycare where Patrick pursues his other passion- advocating for children on the autism spectrum.
Even since Steve's business career began in 1997, he has acted in managing and executive roles in the supply and procurement industry. On two separate occasions, Steve was awarded the opportunity to join a company as a minority shareholder. He is forever grateful for the friendships and mentors that have impacted his life professionally and personally in his career.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Steve spent his childhood and adolescence playing every sport available. He favored ice hockey and lacrosse, even playing and coaching competitively until the age of 21. His favorite professional teams are the New Orleans Saints and the Edmonton Oilers.
