Mr. Phillips was an Equipment Operator with the US Navy Seabees for 11 years, and is originally from Daytona Beach, FL. Shortly after being stationed in Long Beach, MS in 2013, he became a regular customer. Upon retiring, he joined our team. When he's not in the shop, you may find Anthony racing Miata's on road course tracks such as Sebring, Daytona, Road Atlanta, among others. Just don't bother trying to catch him.

Today, you'll find Jeff without a suit and tie working behind the High Caliber counter doing his best to deliver exemplary customer service, while overseeing all aspects of the company's finances, personnel, compliance, and regulatory requirements. As company owner/operator, Jeff is always on the lookout for teachable team players that add to the company's culture and who believe in the promise of High Caliber. Whether these high caliber individuals have sales, management, teaching, military, or law enforcement experience, each will be valued and rewarded as their effort merits. No favorites here.
A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jeff serves the city of Long Beach, MS as the At-Large Commissioner on the Planning & Development Commission, appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
Louis Saucier joined High Caliber in 2015 after establishing himself as a top producer at a large, retail jewelry leader for nearly 15 years. A longtime jewelry professional, sales expert, and manager in the retail jewelry industry, Mr. Saucier also possesses a high level of firearms knowledge. In addition to his continuing education and extensive training, Louis' well-rounded management and merchandising experience makes Louis a valued team member.

Stephen has earned his reputation for fairness and knowledge of the retail firearms industry by being the smartest gun guy in the room for more than a decade.
Having grown up on his grandfather's gun collection, Stephen's early focus was WWI and WWII weaponry, of which he built quite a nice personal collection. Today, Stephen provides High Caliber customers with top-notch service and an outstanding sales ability. One of his best sales jobs was to convince Jeff to leave his full-time banking position to join him in opening High Caliber.
Stephen Hansen is a crowd favorite and a highly requested business owner by community benefit events across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
