Allison Watson joined Shelter Home Mortgage in 2016. She is a Loan Officer with the Darrell Edquist Team, who have a combined 30 plus years in serving the industry and have consistently originated over 50 million dollars annually. The Darrell Edquist Team has won Shelter's President's Award for the last two years and has received the MBAG Diamond or Platinum Awards for multiple years which recognizes loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Allison is an Atlanta native and studied business at the University of North Georgia.
She currently resides in Cumming with her husband, Trevor, and their boxer dog, Bentley.

Amanda is the Underwriting Manager of Shelter Home Mortgage. She started her career with Bank South in Atlanta in 1992. After coming on board with Shelter in 1996, Amanda started as a processor and quickly became the company's lead underwriter and manager. She has underwritten thousands of loans over the last 22 years and received an award for the Top Underwriter in 2014, underwriting 387 loans.
Amanda was born and raised in Snellville, GA before attending the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1992.
Amanda lives in Dacula with her husband, Geoff, and their two daughters.
She loves spending time with her family, watching University of Georgia football, and traveling. She is a member of 12 Stone Church in Lawrenceville.
Ann has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and banking industries and joined Shelter Home Mortgage in 2011. She is Team Lead and a Senior Loan Officer with Shelter's Metro Atlanta Team. The Metro Atlanta Team was awarded Shelter's President's Award in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Ann is from Athens, GA and is an avid UGA football fan. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Ann lives in Decatur and has two sons, Ben and Sam. She enjoys running, snow skiing, playing golf, and going to UGA football games with her boys. She has served on the boards of the Decatur Education Foundation and the Community Center of South Decatur and was the President of the Decatur High School Booster Club and the Decatur Business Association.

Geoff is the Closing Manager of Shelter Home Mortgage. Geoff came on board with Shelter in 1996 and quickly became the company's closing leader and manager. He has closed thousands of loans in his time with the company and received Shelter's President's Award in 2014.
Geoff grew up in Gwinnett County, GA. He attended Georgia State University and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1995.
Geoff lives in Dacula with his wife, Amanda, and their two daughters. He loves hanging out with his family, Georgia Bulldogs football, and all Atlanta sports teams. He is a member of 12 Stone Church in Lawrenceville.
James is President of Shelter Home Mortgage, a residential mortgage company with 60 employees headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
James started his career with BancBoston Mortgage Corporation nearly three decades ago and was the company's Rookie of the Year in 1992. After moving over to Shelter in 1994, James was the company's top loan officer in Georgia for 20 straight years, helping over 3,000 families finance their homes. He received the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia's Gold Award for Excellence every year from 1994 to 2014.
James was born and raised in Greenville, SC before attending the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1990 and Master of Business Administration in 1991.
James lives in Roswell with his wife, Wendi, and their four children. He plays in an adult soccer league and gets out on the golf course whenever possible. He also loves going to University of Georgia football games and Atlanta United soccer matches. He attends Passion City Church in Buckhead.
Jim has two decades of experience in the mortgage industry and joined Shelter Home Mortgage in 2016. He is the Senior Loan Officer of Shelter's North Atlanta Team. Jim won Shelter's President's Award in his very first year with Shelter.
While Jim was born in Riverhead, New York, he was raised here in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
Jim has two boys and lives and works in the South Forsyth/North Fulton community. When he's not in the office, Jim enjoys traveling and coaching his sons' soccer, baseball, and basketball teams. He has also completed a dozen 5K races and would like to train to complete a triathlon.
Joanne has three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, helping over 3,000 families secure financing for their new home. She is a Senior Loan Officer with Shelter Home Mortgage. Joanne is a graduate of Xinnix Academy of Mortgage Excellence. Joanne has won Shelter's President's Award for four consecutive years, and has also been the recipient of the MBAG Platinum Award, honoring Georgia loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Born in Syracuse, NY, Joanne is the oldest of nine children. She is a graduate of Le Moyne College and earned her master's degree from Syracuse University.
Joanne and her daughters moved to Atlanta in 1986. Today, Atlanta is still home for all her growing family, including three grandchildren. When not at work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family here in Atlanta as well as all those in Syracuse. She is an avid tennis fan, follows the Atlanta Braves, and loves vintage cars. Her favorite charities include Children's Miracle Network and Autism Speaks.
Julie joined Shelter Home Mortgage in 2014. She is a Loan Officer with the Joanne Rotella Team, who has a combined 30 plus years' experience in the mortgage industry. The Joanne Rotella Team has won Shelter Home Mortgage's President's Award for five consecutive years and has also been the recipient of the MBAG Platinum Award, honoring Georgia loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Born and raised in Syracuse, NY and Julie moved to Atlanta to attend and graduate from Oglethorpe University. She holds a degree in Business Administration.

Karen is Vice President of Shelter Home Mortgage. In 1993, she started her career in the mortgage industry with Shelter dba Fairfield Mortgage. She has worked in every department associated with the loan process and was promoted to operations manager in 1998. Her operations team has been one of the top teams in the company. Karen has been a recipient of Shelter's President's Award for decades.
Karen has been in Atlanta since she was ten years old. She attended Georgia State University earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Karen lives in Sandy Springs with her husband of 25 years and their son. When she is not at the office, Karen enjoys boating and swimming at Lake Lanier. She is a big fan of the University of Georgia football team and attends every home game.
Kassondra is the Processing Manager at Shelter Home Mortgage and joined Shelter in 2013.
Kassondra started her career with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in January of 2003 where she graduated top of the class for processing. She has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry in a variety of roles: certified processor, closer, loan officer assistant, and loan officer. She was promoted to underwriter in 2012 with Academy Mortgage and moved over to Shelter in 2013. She was promoted to Processing Manager for Shelter in November of 2016.
Kassondra was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and attended Seattle University before moving to Atlanta in 1991.
She currently lives in Snellville. She is passionate about bowling and sharing information to help others achieve success. She has written two books: Life After Bankruptcy and revised Bankruptcy Didn't Break Me, both of which are sold on Amazon. She actively attends New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia.
Kathy has three decades of experience in the mortgage industry and joined Shelter Home Mortgage in 2012. She is a Senior Loan Officer and is the recipient of numerous awards including: The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association Affiliate of the Year, Hall County Homebuilders Associate of the Year, Hall County Homebuilders Association Work Horse of the Year, the Forsyth Board of REALTORS® Affiliate Member of the Year, Shelter's President's Award, and was an MBAG Platinum Award recipient for three years.
Kathy is an Atlanta native. She and her husband Keith, along with their children and grandchildren, reside in the Atlanta area. She is active in her community and served for over ten years as the Youth Department Mission Team Leader at her church. For many years Kathy led efforts with the Atlanta Women and Children's Shelter Christmas event and was instrumental in the creation of My Sister's House Rehab Center in Gainesville, GA. She also served on the Board of Directors for ACE Mission Camp and has been a community chairperson over fundraising for Habitat for Humanity and the American Cancer Society for previous employers.

Michelle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995 where she received her Bachelor of Science.
Michelle currently lives in metro Atlanta where she has been working since 2001. When she's not in the office, Michelle enjoys traveling and loves spending quality time with her family.

Robbie has nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry. He is a Senior Loan Officer and his team finished either first or second in loan volume nationally each of the past three years. Robbie's team has won Shelter Lending Services' President's Award for four consecutive years and has also been the recipient of the MBAG Diamond Award for multiple years honoring Georgia loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Robbie was born and raised in metro Atlanta. After attending Berry College in Rome, GA, he graduated with a business degree from Georgia State University in 1996.
Robbie lives in north metro Atlanta with his wife and their three children. In addition to spending time with his family, Robbie enjoys playing tennis and basketball, is involved in the Gwinnett County Swim League, and is a big fan of all the Atlanta professional sports teams. He is an avid reader, teaches a middle school boys small-group Bible study on Sunday mornings, and an adult small-group Bible study in his home each week.
Stanley has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. She is a Senior Loan Officer and her team won Shelter's President's Award in 2017. She has also been the recipient of the MBAG Gold Award for multiple years, honoring Georgia loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Stanley is from Columbus, Georgia and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of West Georgia. She has held a Series 7 license, a Real Estate Broker license, and currently holds a mortgage license for the state of Georgia.
Stanley lives in Atlanta and her daughter attends the University of Georgia. In her spare time, Stanley enjoys going to the gym, running, and cycling. She also loves spending time at the lake and traveling.

Stephanie is the Director of Marketing for Shelter Home Mortgage and joined the company in 2012. She manages the marketing for Shelter's eleven top ranking teams that have won Shelter's President's Awards and have also placed in top categories at the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia's Gold Award for Excellence.
Stephanie was raised in Decatur, GA. After her freshman year in high school, she was accepted to Atlanta's Grady High School to attend the magnet communications program. Stephanie continued her studies in art and communications, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College in Chicago. She has lived and worked in San Francisco, New York City, and Los Angeles.
Stephanie now lives in Dunwoody with her husband and four kids. When she is not participating in all the family activities, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and hiking. She also is an actress, so you might have seen her face recently on a Publix commercial!
